La ubicación es realmente excelente y el diseño también está bien, pero el servicio parece promedio. Ese día llovía mucho y me olvidé de llevar el paraguas a la habitación. Quería pedir prestado uno en recepción pero no pude. ¿Dijeron que no pudieron encontrar el número de nuestra habitación?

Hay olor a pintura, no apto para familias con niños. El servicio de recepción es muy pobre. Me tomó una hora conseguir agua y tuve que seguir llamando para que me entregaran cosas.

Una estancia muy satisfactoria

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is breathtakingly beautiful and spotlessly clean. I truly loved everything about it — the room was everything I wanted and more. The location is perfect, with easy access to most major attractions and areas of interest. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the breakfast options a bit — adding more variety or fresher items could really enhance the overall experience.

My mum and I stayed for 6 nights, the deluxe room is spacious and new! But only gripe is the aircon wasn’t as cold. We set it to 16degrees but room temperature shown was constantly at 22degrees, so we slept with no comforter at night else we would wake in the middle of the night in sweat. Could be because of the room size that the aircon isn’t strong enough to provide? Hotel got a technician to check and he checked and insisted that 22degrees is cold enough and left? Not sure about him but we sure weren’t feeling the cold. Amenities were good and food delivery is sent via a robot. Overall still a good stay, but wouldn’t recommend coming during Summer especially if the aircon issue isn’t fixed.

The Hotel personnel are so welcoming and hospitable. The room's view and decoration is stunning, comfortable bed. The hotel location is perfectly close to the Jaingsu road metro station. The breakfast has various both Chinese and Western style dishes. It's strongly recommend to stay in this hotel to all travellers visiting Shanghai.

Very accessible location. Room was clean and the view was great on a 21st floor. Breakfast has a good variety and the quality was great. Chinese restaurant was superb, though service a bit lacking. Overall a very good stay.

The service on arrival was super! The front desk was very helpful and attentive. They confirmed that we had requested a crib, and had it arranged to be delivered to the room before we got there. Overall, the room was very clean, comfy bed and friendly staff! I definitely would stay here again

This is a new hilton hotel with extremely large size rooms. The room is clean and well organized. I feel so comfortable to live there. The hotel is only 30mins away from hongqiao airport and 40mins away from Disney. And it is near the yongkang road, yuyuan road  and the busy area. The location is so great.

Can’t complain about anything about our stay at the hotel, the hotel was well designed from the mattress itself to the bathtub and the standing shower, staff was well mannered. Would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room looks new and clean, and we especially appreciated the Dyson hairdryer and Nespresso machine 😊. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to improve the pillows—they were too soft, even when using two stacked together. The staffs were helpful—special thanks to the concierge with the character “鹏” in his name. He went above and beyond to help us book DiDi and ******* using his own phone on our first day when we were having issues with our app. Will definitely recommend friends to this hotel! Thanks again!
