Seamos honestos. Una auténtica experiencia de 3 días. Instalaciones: Muy buenas. Hay frigoríficos y lavadoras. Higiene: OK. Pero si vivís juntos. Nadie limpia. Nadie saca la basura. La habitación no fue limpiada. Los artículos desechables no fueron reemplazados. Medio ambiente: General. Fuera de las ventanas se ven edificios que han sido demolidos. Servicio: Regular.

Tuve una estancia agradable en este apartamento con servicio. La ubicación es fantástica, a poca distancia del Bund, lo que lo hace ideal para hacer turismo y comer. El apartamento cuenta con lavadora con función de secado, lo cual fue muy práctico. Sin embargo, las zonas comunes tenían un poco de olor (no la habitación), probablemente debido a la nueva construcción. En general, fue una experiencia agradable y lo recomiendo por su excelente ubicación y servicios. Sin duda, volveré a alojarme aquí en mi próxima visita.

Una habitación recién amueblada, muy cerca de la estación de MRT, a solo 600 metros a pie. El restaurante local cercano es una buena opción. El de enfrente es un restaurante halal junto a una tienda de conveniencia. Durante mi estancia, había obras en una zona vecina. Había algo de ruido, pero no me importó. Esta zona es donde vive la gente local. Si te interesa ver cómo viven los lugareños, esta es la respuesta.

We stayed here for 3 days. Location: The hotel is located near the train station, which is very convenient. The residence have a restaurant, coffee and burger shop right beside the entrance to the hotel. It was easy to go to the Jing'an downtown. Service: None of the staff speaks English even though they advise that they speak English on Trip.com. The people at the front desk in the lobby have poor attitudes, and we did not really feel welcomed here. Whenever we had general questions, they seemed to not want to answer and did the bare minimum to help. When I checked in on our first day, the staff told me to wait for another staff because he did NOT know how to do it. We had to wait 10 minutes. Also on the day of our check out, we gave back the hotel room card to another young man at the front desk. He was not service-minded as he was too busy playing games on his phone while we were waiting for him to check us out! Very unprofessional to play games at work and he seemed annoyed and did not understand why I was waiting for him to check us out. I tried to explain to him we had to check out now to catch a flight while he had the audacity to still play on his phone, and he replied that he did not understand why we were still standing there and asked if we had other questions! Room: The apartment room was true to the photos and the room was cleaned daily with no further problem. The shower head in the bathroom spills out a lot of water to the toilet though, which is a minus. The bed was harder than standard hotel bed so it wasn't very comfortable, but we did not experience backpains. We received a gift from the hotel which was nice. Everything was provided daily. Facilities: The hotel's facility has a huge terrace which was really nice and there is also an area for dogs to play. We did not have enough time to try the gaming area and exercise room but it looked nice on the outside. The coffee machine in the lobby was always empty of either coffee or cups though, which was not very pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed the location, our apartment room but the service is truly terrible. It's unfortunate since the residence hotel is very neat and we enjoyed ouf stay at our room. They staffs on the front desk need more service training and generally people who actually like to work in the hotel industry.

The room is very good, clean and new. The room is as described. There is a laundry and the room is very spacious. We can leave our bags and hang our clothes. The staff is friendly, but there will be a deposit first and it will be returned on the check-out day. If anyone is hesitant, I would like you to try to stay here and you will like it. With a reasonable price, the room is big, you can walk to the metro. Downstairs there is a convenience store and there is a delicious restaurant nearby.

Good, could be cleaner, there were some trash under the sofas and the room had dusty floors.

Great cleanliness and superb apartment style stay, definitely recommend for any occasion. Downstairs cat and game room is a great bonus

I gotta say big thx for all guys that work there. Stuff was awesome and very helpful. Accommodation is super duper cool It’s totally worth it to live there If you wanna spend BEST time in Shanghai you must choose BLINQ hotel but if you don’t then live somewhere else Enormous greeting from Russia

New and convenient as it is in the city centre. Just 5 minutes walk from the train station. The room is quite spacious but there is no restaurant in the hotel. Only2 robots here so may have to wait some time for food delivery.

Superb cleanliness and location! Heading back again next week!

Extended our stay at blinq. Because it has good window. Other hotels in shanghai have bad window that make room cold in winter windy days. Blinq is so much better

Good service great staff and great room! Highly recommend

The place is clean, building like new, is not as well located as I thought, it takes quite a while to get anywhere, apart from that is good.
