Esta fue nuestra primera estancia en China, por lo que no sabíamos qué esperar. La habitación no estaba en la dirección que figuraba en el sitio web (que es la dirección de los administradores de propiedades que gestionan varias propiedades), sino a aproximadamente 1 km de distancia. Al llegar, al principio estábamos preocupados, ya que parecía que los vestíbulos de los ascensores de cada piso no se habían completado o estaban en proceso de renovación y parecían un sitio de construcción. Sin embargo, una vez dentro, descubrimos que la habitación era adecuada y con todas las instalaciones enumeradas, aunque un poco básica. Las camas eran cómodas, pero no había ningún lugar para sentarse y descansar, y no había mesa de comedor. Había un banco junto a una pared con un par de sillas altas duras. Tuvimos algunos problemas con el wifi que comunicamos a los administradores de la propiedad; expresaron su preocupación por los problemas y prometieron investigar el problema para futuros huéspedes extranjeros. La ubicación era bastante buena, con muchas tiendas y restaurantes de todo tipo cerca. Nuestra habitación estaba a 1,2 km de la estación de metro más cercana, por lo que para nosotros (extranjeros de más de 60 años) era difícil llegar andando debido al calor y la humedad sofocantes de mediados de agosto. La habitación parecía ser un apartamento residencial básico de Shanghái y yo le daría una buena relación calidad-precio por el precio que pagamos. Probablemente no se la recomendaría a extranjeros que no conozcan China ni Shanghái (yo hablo un poco de mandarín), pero sería adecuada para huéspedes chinos o para aquellos que tengan experiencia con el metro de Shanghái, Didi, autobuses, aplicaciones de bicicletas compartidas, etc. y que busquen un alojamiento económico.

If you have a family trip like mine (more 5-6 people), Highly recommend this place. This room is big, luxury, convenient, also room facilities!

We were booked originally in a different district in Shanghai, but the management felt we would be much more happier in the Jing-an District. And I must say we are very Thankful!!! We had the 3 bedroom apartment in Nanjing Xi Road. The location cannot be beat! You can literally walk anywhere in any direction and have plenty of things to see, do and EAT. It was the first time for some of our friends in Shanghai and the management was especially helpful in making sure there stay was trouble free even helping find a dentist. The facilities are top notch and very modern. I think it would help if they had instruction manuals for the kitchen appliances and the hi-tech bathrooms. I would definitely book this again on our next trip to Shanghai!

The homestay is situated in an old, worn-down building, but it's in a good location, within walking distance of Wukang Building and Jiaotong Metro station. The apartment itself is cozy and spacious. We had an issue with cleanliness upon checking in, as there were hairs on the floor (mainly in the bathrooms) and on the beds. However, the hosts rectified this swiftly and even gifted us fruits as an apology. The hosts had been really nice and gracious throughout the stay, assisted to solve any issues promptly.

The place of super comfortable and cozy. It has 2 bathrooms, one inside a bedroom and another outside in the common space. The kitchen is complete for basic need. the bathroom also has a washing machine. the bathroom also has heated fans so you wont be freezing when you get out of the shower. The bathroom floors however are slippery so use the rubber slippers that are provided when taking a shower. Had the best sleep of my life here as the beds are so comfortable. the sofa is so big that it can seat 6-8 people. The big projector is cool though, but didnt have the chance to use it as everything is in chinese and seems like watching here needs to be a paid subscription. Our unit was only located in the ground floor so elders and pregnant women wont have any difficulties. the area is quiet. There is a strip nearby where you can dine and drink coffee. there's also a park a few steps away where you can walk, jog and relax. A bit far from the metro, around 600m, but being accompanied by 3 seniors, they didnt seem to mind. The hosts are very responsive and very helpful. overall, this is a really great find and i would really book again when i come back to Shanghai

This house is really beautiful, we loved the aesthetic and the location is great. Rachel and Ryan were very helpful and were always on standby to help us with everything we needed. We would definitely like to return when we visit Shanghai again 😊

這次跟朋友聚會，定了合歡，非常愉快的一次住宿體驗。民宿離交通大學站很近，步行五六分鐘就到了。入住前管家會發入住指南，可以自助入住。 房子非常大，有個巨大的客廳，投影很清晰，巨幕投影很有氛圍感，很適合朋友聚會。房子共有三個房間，都佈置的都温馨有格調，可以看出來是精心設計過的。還有兩個洗手間，廚房也不小。衞生方面打掃的很乾凈，床品什麼的都很舒適，如果下次還有機會的話，還會選擇住在這裏！

住過最離譜的民宿。首先，地址不是攜程上的，當時就看離地鐵近訂的，結果半夜11點多拖着行李帶着兩個孩子從地鐵出來走了18分鐘。其次，設施太差了，從院子到電梯到房間不能再舊了，半夜特別害怕。接着，衞生堪憂，穿上各種毛髮，黑的白的，長的短的，東西都臟臟的，都不想一個個拍照了。最後房間連礦泉水都不提供，呵呵。看圖吧
