Self check in was smooth, the host gave instructions step-by-step on how to check in and collect the keys. It was a pleasant stay and I recommend staying here. They provide air fryer and microwave too. Walking distance to setia city convention centre and setia city mall.

NNurahClean and comfortable. Big bathroom except additional wall hooks could be installed as currently there is only one wall hook. Finding it hard to hang two or more towels. Love the twin beds.
A good spread of buffet breakfast. Location of hotel is walking less than five minutes to central city shopping mall and across is the i city theme park.
Great service by hotel staffs. The cookies as welcome gift is a great hospitality touch.

KKoboiTravelMy wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Glenmarie Hotel and Golf Resort for a weekend getaway, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing environment, perfect for a short escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to unwind. The views from the room were stunning, especially in the mornings when we could see the lush greenery of the golf course. The overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and inviting, making us feel at home right away.

BBellahueyEsta es mi segunda visita, el receptor de esta vez era bastante rudo. Se ahogó mientras hablaba conmigo cuando le pregunté sobre el tipo de cama. Me encantó su actitud. No esperaba eso porque mi primera visita era muy agradable. Esta vez en la recepción, el receptor muestra la vibración de “Estoy demasiado bueno para servirte”. Es desagradable. Aunque la habitación era bastante nueva y está en un área bastante tranquila. Pero para sus servicios, me encuentro esta vez. Me retiro. La habitación es limpia y dispone de instalaciones, incluso secador de pelo. Hay muchos libros en el lobby para navegar por, muy interesante.

However, the Hotel need to upgrade the service in term of registration; especially with this one guy who is not that friendly.
I checked in around 3:30pm .
First the hotel seems difficult to find my booking under my name but later it was resolved.
Then the Reception guy told me that the Room is not ready and I have to wait; and he said he will approached me once received feedback from Housekeeping.
I was waiting for 1/2 hour and still no one approached me.
Then I went back to front desk to ask for update. As that guy was occupied with other registration, i managed to talk to another guy who seems genuinely trying to assist me.
Then I can see this guy struggling to find a ready room ... as the one room that he said ready was snapped up by another guy at reception. ************* it was finally resolved after long wait at the lobby.
I'm not sure whether I received this kind of treatment because Ive booked via Trip.com and not directly with Hotel. But then I saw all my other friends who went to register with another reception guy, managed to get their room straight away, although they are also booking via other agents like *********** etc.

DDin_SaintEl hotel es grande. Nos quedamos en la habitación 505. Sin embargo, la limpieza de la habitación era asombrosa. Los tapices tienen pedazos de crema y detrás de las cortinas hay un poco de basura no completamente limpiada. La cama tiene unas cepas de pelo negro, que no pertenecen a nosotros (pelo colorido). No había toallas disponibles y sólo se suministra a petición. Parece que la habitación se limpió en una ruptura. No es muy malo, el desayuno es bueno para todas las quejas.
