estancia perfecta! Estuve allí para una conferencia y fue el lugar correcto, la habitación estaba extremadamente limpia y bien diseñada, el personal de la recepción fue muy amable y eficiente. Se puede llegar cómodamente a la ubicación en el autobús 727 desde la estación de tren de Sesto San Giovanni, a unos 12 minutos de viaje. ¡El vestíbulo también es muy elegante y moderno! ¡Altamente recomendado!

Torniamo al Falk dopo molti anni... e lo troviamo in splendida forma! La manutenzione della struttura è probabilmente accurata e continua, tanto da farla apparire sempre come nuova. A differenza delle volte scorse, la colazione è stata meno entusiasmante. Sempre molto apprezzata la possibilità di avere un caffè o un cappuccino al tavolo, senza costi aggiuntivi, fatti da una macchina professionale invece che da un distributore automatico, ma la varietà appariva decisamente più limitata. Un tipo solo di formaggio; 2 tipologie di affettati, yogurt di un solo tipo e due soli gusti; solo pane in cassetta. Non è la colazione che aveva in passato invece lasciato il segno! La camera, pulita, profumata e senza un difetto, tanto da sembrare mai utilizzata. Materassi e doppi cuscini comodi. Bollitore, frigobar e cassetta di sicurezza disponibili. Note dolenti: in un hotel 4 stelle un letto matrimoniale non può essere dato da l'accostamento di due materassi singoli, e quando accade, il disagio deve essere limitato almeno da l'inserimento di un topper di buon spessore. Se l'uso del bollitore è gratuito, in un 4 stelle le tazze non possono essere sostituite da semplici bicchieri di carta. Buona la qualità dei prodotti per il bagno, ma un hotel che si aspetta dal cliente maggiore attenzione per il pianeta, proponendo soluzioni per evitare inutile cambio di lenzuola io asciugamani, dovrebbe cominciare con il dare il ”buon esempio” abolendo l'utilizzo dei prodotti monodose.

We booked this trip as a city break…this is falsely advertised as having a bar, good breakfast and close to Milan central……it’s miles away, breakfast was a few hot dog sausages and streaky bacon with smelly eggs. There is no bar as it has closed down and the hotel is in the middle of no where like it’s abandoned, the only thing nearby is the shopping mall open 9-9 after these times you cannot get a drink and have to wait until the morning if you arrive late. We have also been bitten by bed bugs both myself and partner are covered in hives and rashes and bite marks of which we have been assessed by our local gp to confirm this is the case. The people of Italy are rude and it’s not somewhere we will ever be returning to again. The only good thing was meeting a Scottish couple who helped us with directions and where to get the local bus etc and were lovely. Room was filthy with snapped rotten screws coming out of the bath and the tV wasn’t working If you have the mis fortune of staying here…turn around immediately and go home

Excellent location very close to the main train station, easy to access walking from the train. Accommodations were more than I expected including a small restaurant, bar, rooftop patio, on-site laundry, and many local sites nearby. I stayed in the female dorm, with a shared shower/toilet space for the few of us in the dorm. Air conditioning for the hot weather. Hostel tips- Bring a towel for the shower and bring a padlock for your luggage locker in the dorm room

No estoy seguro de cómo es que se siente en Ostelzzz por varias noches, pero encuentro una solución muy conveniente para mí que llegó a media noche en Milán, y ya había salido de Milán Centrale a la tarde el día siguiente. El hotel es un hotel muy agradable y muy agradable. Había todo lo que necesito, incluyendo desayuno, toalla también. Limpio y bien organizado. El desayuno era simple, pero más que lo suficientemente bueno para mí. No hesitaría en elegir Ostelzzz la próxima vez.

Me hospede una noche en el Hotel. La ubicación excelente, el hotel podría ser mucho mejor. La atención del personal en la tarde mas que suficiente. La habitación confortable, las amenidades muy buenas, pero un calor insoportable con la calefacción apagada. La televisión vieja que no prendía pero de una vez después de mi llamada, llego un técnico que soluciono el problema. Pedi despertador el cual no me lo pusieron y cuando baje a recepcion la respuesta fue, pero si lo puse justo 2 minutos antes de la hora. Jamas sonó. Y esto es un error muy grave. El servicio restaurante excelente. Habia una chica de Brasil como mesera con una actitud de 10 cum laude. El restaurante estaba lleno, pero ella siempre muy atenta. La comida podia haber sido mejor pero ella hizo todo para hacer pasar un rato agradable. Creo que se tendrían que revisar detalles de servicio del Hotel pero buena relación precio

Un edificio enorme, maestoso ma austero, ampia hall con un discreto banco check-in. Ottimo il servizio del personale, ma da un albergo del genere non ci si aspetta niente di meno. Camera sufficientemente grande se sei solo solo/a, in due già più complicato, TV minuscola e distante, letto comodo, bagno giusto. Colazione in una grande sala, tipicamene internazionale, anche qui servizio top. Ho provato pure il ristorante, niente di eccezionale, ma ahimè caro, come caro l'hotel, 180€ per una singola e 45€ per una cena di due portate per le mie possibilità ed a mio modestissimo parere sono ingiustificati. Ok che è aumentato tutto ma neanche fosse in centro. Ho dato solo un'occhiata alla palestra, situata al 13° piano, diversi tapis roulant e qualche peso, mancano dei le macchine per gli esercizi base Parcheggio abbastanza agevole, metro a 15-20 minuti a piedi.

Muy bonita habitación y excelentes comodidades. El hotel no está situado en el lugar más bonito del mundo, pero el interior es muy bonito y cómodo. Desayuno de una cantidad relativa pero muy cualitativo.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. They did omit to notify us about the early breakfast they offer upon check-in, so make sure you ask about this if you have an early flight. They do also let you take drinks from the bar up to your room. Location and Travel Be aware of how far away the hotel is from Milan. From Duomo, you'll need to get on the red line (M1) towards RHO and get off at Lampugnano. The last bus from Lampugnano leaves at 20:00 back to Lainate. You will then need to get the 617 bus which drops you off outside Lidl and Maccies near the hotel. This is obviously not ideal if you want to spend the evening in Milan. We arrived during a national taxi strike which made the trip much more stressful. While this is not the hotel's fault, a heads up from the hotel would have been nice about traveling to and from Milan central. We were stranded in Milan on the first day, we called the hotel and they told us to try and get an Uber. The uber was 144 euros which we reluctantly paid. The car never showed up so we called back the hotel and they stopped answering our phone calls. Once we finally arrived at the hotel, feeling confident we knew the route to and from the hotel, we double-checked with the hotel, and unfortunately, we were not made aware of when the last bus is. On our second day, we were stranded in Milan again. Luckily we met two other people at the last subway station who had also done the Wowcher holiday and they managed to get in touch with the hotel to arrange a private taxi back to the hotel. As there was a strike going on at the time, the fare was 55 euros from Rho subway station to the hotel, which is roughly a 10/15 minute drive. Again this is not the hotel's fault but it is something to be aware of. Another thing to be aware of when using the subway is that the tickets are only valid for 90 minutes, and there are plain-clothed officers waiting in the subway stations to catch people out. So make sure you always have a ticket with enough time left on it to get all the way back to the hotel. Breakfast We were allocated this Hotel from Wowcher, and we were told to pay £40 for the bed and breakfast, which was fine until we realised we couldn't get breakfast on the 2nd day as we had to leave the hotel at 4 am. Essentially meaning we paid £40 for one breakfast between the two of us. We have had no joy in getting a refund for the second day's breakfast from the hotel which is the primary reason for leaving a review. The hotel in my opinion is perfect for people who do not want to spend evenings in Milan or who have a car. If neither of these applies to you, I would highly recommend looking for a hotel closer to the center of Milan.
