Estoy habitual en Ibis Cheras, quedando alrededor de 4 veces al año y cada vez alrededor de 3-5 días. La ubicación es conveniente para mí como estoy aquí para ver a la familia. Con una burgeonada de comidas a pocos pasos, cenas o cenas está cerca de la mano. A pesar de los buenos puntos sobre Ibis, la agradable habitación y el buen WiFi, parece que se han perdido algunas cosas. También, el acantilado en el baño debe limpiarse adecuadamente porque la moldeada se ha introducido. La pantalla de rolo en el baño está pintada. Todas estas cosas se deducen de los positivos de la habitación y de la estancia. El desayuno también parece haber caído en las normas y la nueva sala de comida no parece un restaurante.

We booked the VILLA for 2 nights. Bad: (1) the room facilities are old. There are two bathrooms in the VILLA, but one of the heater is not working, and the staff has come twice but still not able to solve the problem. He only told us to avoid using the two bathrooms at the same time. 😑 (2) There is no soap or hands cleanser for washing hands😑 (3) The towels in the room (for showers) are so dirty. A lot of them got stains on it. (4) There are lots of mosquitoes in the room !! I can’t sleep well for both nights coz the mosquitoes are flying around. I got lots of mosquito bites 😔 ( If mosquito is not your concern, then it won’t be a problem ) Good: (1) The manager is very nice and showed me her effort to help me. However, she can’t solve the mosquitoes problem and I won’t blame her. I know it’s difficult. (2) The kid swimming pool is fun and my daughter enjoyed it so much. * I didn’t take pictures of the VILLA, coz I dun have good impression on it

Durante nuestra estancia alrededor 3am-4am el Aircond estaba saliendo y no hay ayuda después de informar la recepción en los primeros minutos. Después de arrancarlos sólo hacen el trabajo un poco más rápido. terminamos moviéndonos a otra habitación. Los niños pobres realmente lucharon durante esa noche. El servicio era pobre, sólo actúan después de que empezara a hacer ruido sobre él. Además, estaba bien. Todo está sujeto a cargo en este hotel. Por lo tanto, comprobar con recepción en frente antes de hacer cualquier solicitud.

Receptionist was friendly and attentive. She noticed it was my birthday and wished me happy birthday. This was my second time staying here. Cleanliness was ok but can be improved. Breakfast buffest spread was ok but to my opinion, the taste and variety went downhill compared to my first stay in 2022. Hope that can be improved too.

Parecía bastante limpio. Personalmente, creo que por esa cantidad de dinero no hay nada que mostrar teniendo en cuenta las vistas que se obtienen desde la habitación. Aún más precisamente, ¡el estudio tenía todo lo que necesitabas! Lavadora (¡con secadora!), plancha, tabla de planchar, hervidor, vajilla, toallas, agua, café. Puede que me haya perdido algo. La entrada a la piscina en el piso 48 cuesta 30 rm al momento de escribir esta reseña. En general, el metro no está lejos, pero para llegar allí hay que cruzar la calle corriendo (si ya estás en KL, entonces lo entiendes, o en el sudeste asiático).

A very good hotel with great services. I stayed for 2 nights there for business trip with family and a baby. The location is good if u have own transport as its bit far from lrt station. We aim to eat at Kantan and this is the best/nearest hotel. The views on rooftop are superb with Istana Negara view. But, sadly we cannot join the breakfast.. Will come again soon.
