My family is staying here on 11 -18 Feb 2024 for our Ski holiday. First of all, the hotel and room looks nice. We like the room so much. Back to reality: To go skiing, we have to take the subway and carry ski by ourselves. I asked myself a question…is it a five star service? To be honest, we have been staying in many five star hotels. It is the first hotel that provides no services on this regard. The other 5 star will bring you to the slope or at least to the Tal station. Also, the ski locker cannot be locked. Hmm, don’t ask me why. You should not have any extra request from this hotel. They are not flexible to fulfill your request. Otherwise they will scare you. For example, my kids would like to see more options of DVD to select, the receptionist said to me: “We are not a DVD shop.” I got shocked when I heard this. Sorry to interrupt you with our problem! To conclude, so far I think it is a 5 star for the price, but the service mindset of some staff needs to be improved a lot. I don’t agree that it is 5 star or even 5 star plus. In light of the above experience, I don’t think I can recommend this hotel.
