I booked the rooms for the group attending the event at the hotel. So, it was very convenient for them. They had breakfast and prepared themselves for their activities. Everything was great as they didn’t have issues or negative feedback. They enjoyed their stays.

It’s a huge hotel with giant swimming pools but it’s too busy and crowded when I was there . Good value for money .

Pleasant surprise! I wasn’t expecting a nicely refurbished hotel. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable & our request for a room near the lift was accommodated. Housekeeping was also very prompt when I requested a pillow replacement. Loved the separate toilet with its own door, plus the dedicated vanity area and mirror, so convenient for us ladies to do our makeup and wear our tudung. The Smart TV was another bonus, as we could log into our own Netflix account. The hotel was fully booked during our stay so the atmosphere was lively. The spacious lobby was also a great place for us to relax and hang out. Overall, it was an unexpectedly pleasant stay. Checked out feeling satisfied, thank you!

It was such a lovely stay. Room was clean and neat. Spacious room. Fluffy pillow. Breakfast was so good. Overall it was a good stay. Oh and the staff was pleasant as always.

very comfortable stay, abit run down for my room, the door frame in toilet are broken, toiletries not refilled and left a bit. otherwise its a good stay.

I was at the Lobby informed Conceirge of No bedroom slippers in the room. He mentioned it has been sometimes that the Hotel does not provide bedroom slippers. Klana Resort Hotel should provide bedroom slippers upon Guest's request. It is essential for Muslim Guest

The swimming pool is huge ...but the changing room cannot be used The parking space is huge....it is an old hotel which requires reupholstery The carpet in the room looks old...need to be removed Overall it was a decent one night stay

Aircond is bad.. totally no cool .. even after making complaint hotel is look old .. even after new furnishings..

The toilet is a bit run down. The pool is okay and very big. The parking for the resort car is packed and you need to park on the roadside. The service is okay but if you need an extra towels, you will be charged. I feel normal staying at this hotel.

We were disappointed. This was probably a nice resort years ago but now is looking sad, dirty, and poorly maintained. Sheets are yellow and threadbare and light shades falling off etc. Staff are nice but there are simply not enough of them. Check-in can take 30 minutes in a queue. Reception or housekeeping do not answer the phone. Overall it feels like it needs a new owner and management. On a positive note the setting is pleasant and the pool is great. The rooms are large and light and the bed good.

Room was double booked. So they changed me to a different room type. Room wasn’t really clean. Toilet bowl stained af, quite disgusting.
