If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet, green setting, with large rooms and a good pool, Klana Resort works well — especially for a family or short getaway. Just keep in mind that it’s not a brand‑new luxury resort, so if you priorities top‑tier luxury, you might want to manage expectations. For breakfast, it was actually quite good. There were many choices, and the food tasted okay too better than I expected. The pool was a highlight, very good for kids/family fun. Should try!

We only stayed overnight without using other facilities until breakfast the next morning. The food was simple, but the parking provided here was very convenient.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, room a bit run down and musty, washroom area cleanliness still need to improve.

Its a gamble stay, i stayed here multiple times, sometime you might get run down room, sometime you might get perfect condition room, and this time i got one of the worst condition of all my stays in Klana. the wall rack in bath area is gone, so you have to put all your toiletries outside bath area. The Do Not Disturb and Make Up Room button are not functioning, so everyday have to go down to counter to informed make up room needed. 2 chairs are missing. Room service is very good, room is clean and quiet, bed is very comfy, breakfast is very nice too.

Stayed 1 day. The day I went Saturday was fully occupied with guests. Many corporate events were held on Saturday and Sunday. The room is large, and the price is relatively cheap. The resort surroundings are full of high grown trees. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Food, no issue. They have a restaurant and we can order tru tru Grab Food as well. My room package comes with a complimentary breakfast. Verity of local and continental foods. For those travelling by KTM commuter, can take grab. It's about 5-6 KM from Seremban Station.

Everthing ok pool was ok and huge bedroom..my children was happy and enjoy swimming and breakfast need more variaty.anyway I satisfied and will come again

large room, large bedroom. anak anak happy dekat ngn pool. seronok main air. pool besar. makanan breakfast biasa je. dua hari sama. berbeza hanya pd satu menu sahaja. yg lain sama 🤭

The place was once really grand but now it’s a bit tired looking and old . The breakfast is so so . The pool cleanliness is questionable but I do say that the pool premium rooms are excellent it’s very big very comfortable and the toilets are huge

A spacious, family-friendly resort near town with a peaceful, green setting. Offers large rooms, a nice pool, and lots of activities. However, the hotel is quite dated, with some maintenance and cleanliness issues. Service is friendly but inconsistent. Good for short getaways if you don’t mind older facilities.

Very dirty room, kettle very dusty, the room not clean at all, both side table have toothpick and fur from last guest??? inside the fridge still have rubbish that not clean, the wall very dirty, inside wardrobe no cleaning, not recommend

The hotel seems to be in bad condition, our room aircon not working, informed reception about the issue and was told the aircon was faulty before we moved in. That's really unacceptable to provide hotel guest room without aircon in this hot weather. After back and forth for 2 hours, we managed to changed to another room at 11pm. We really tired after a long day. I do not wish anyone to have this kind of experience.

A beautiful hotel only in the lobby. The bed and pillows were hard. Only one pillow was provided per bed. The towels were small and not clean. The pool was very dirty, with dry leaves and sand. There were rusty iron bars by the pool. Some of the playground equipment was broken. The trash bins were overflowing. The bell boy.. I mean man, was not polite, responded rudely as if we asked him to pay for our night there..
