El hotel es cómodo pero la habitación es demasiado pequeña para orar, no hay suficiente espacio y tengo que orar frente al baño. Baño grande y cómodo. El interior del hotel es muy bonito. Cómodo y sencillo lobby de recepción.

Dios mío, es tan pequeño y no hay nevera con agua dentro, no hay ascensor. Necesito llevar mi equipaje a mi habitación. Por suerte, las cosas me ayudan, por favor mejora.

En general, no está mal por el dinero. Se encuentra a 15 km del aeropuerto, no hay nada cerca, ni cafeterías ni tiendas, así que abastecerse de comida con antelación))) La habitación en sí es hermosa, fresca y tranquila, lo cual es importante para dormir bien antes del vuelo. Y lo más desagradable es que desde el aeropuerto hasta este hotel pedimos un taxi a través de GRAB sin ningún problema, pero no pudimos pedir un taxi de vuelta por nuestra cuenta, la aplicación dice que no se puede pagar en efectivo, lo que generó Un problema adicional y tuvimos que pedir un servicio de transporte desde este hotel, así que entiendes que un taxi a través del carpe dio 30 ringgit por auto, nos cobraron casi 2 veces más, pero no hubo otra opción, como dijeron en la recepción. esto es Malasia)))

Nos alojamos una noche. No muy lejos del aeropuerto. A todos les gustó. Limpio y cómodo

Nice room and hotel! Although some distance from the airport but the renovation is new and bright. Recommend to stay here if you are rushing to airport and not required to travel around the city centre.

Nice & clean hotel. BUT, the room is too small. No lift. U have to open tour luggages at the doorway in front of toilet door. For muslim, if u want to pray, the only space available is facing toilet door. If you dont have much space Water not provided in the room, but they have water dispenser and iron at the corridor hall. Plug next to bed is not working and left with only 1 plug and the corner of the room. Near hotel there’s pharmacy, store and clinics. Not much restaurant. And compulsory deposit cash MYR50. This is my 1st time stay here and will be my last stay.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. They charge 30 MYR just to use a towel, which is completely unreasonable and feels like a rip-off. Most places provide basic amenities like towels for free, especially when you’re already paying for their services. When I asked about the fee, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Their attitude was unprofessional and made me feel very unwelcome. It’s one thing to have policies, but it’s another to treat customers with such disrespect. There was no effort to explain things politely or make me feel comfortable. The whole experience left a bad impression, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are many better options nearby where you’ll be treated with kindness and respect—without being charged ridiculous fees for something as basic as a towel. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle.

10/10 perfect for a short airport transit, the hotel has no lift but you can leave your extra luggage at the counter. No nearby restaurants or stores but you can always order online with grab.

At this price this hotel is very reasonable price but if you book a double bed with one sofa bed do not count the sofa because there is no extra blanket and not so clean enough or the size of the sofa is not comfortable for sleeping.

Very nice hotel to get a short rest. Nearby airport, it just take 15 minutes ride to AIRPORT. COSY HOTEL. just the space a little bit small.
