We stayed five nights at hotel PJ. Initially, we had chosen this hotel because of the room size, and it really did not disappoint. The price point for the room size, location, cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff was all on point. It does get busy on the weekends because they host weddings, however, it doesn’t disrupt your trip at all. There are convenience stores and cafes very close to the hotel as well.  I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again. 

Booked for a family trip for 6d5n. Did not manage to take photos of the room like I always did. Because of the anxious kid whom rush in and made a mess of the bed. Located just a 3 minute away from Myeongdong where all the street food, shopping malls and shops are. Very very convenient. Lots of nice foods area, Korean BBQ, Raw crabs, Fried chicken and more.. Service staff at the front desk was so helpful. Helping us with food ordering, transport booking and also recommending on the local delights. The few house keep staff was so nice that you will be greeted upon stepping out of the room. And their cleanliness standards, thumbs up. Due to the cold weather, the rooms are not allowed on the usage for air conditioner. It was kind of humid in the day, the staff was nice enough to provide a portable fan.

El hotel estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Pero tengo que decir que los 23 m2 no son del todo adecuados. Era muy pequeño y no teníamos espacio para abrir el equipaje en el suelo. He estado en otros hoteles con las mismas medidas y camas, pero pudimos abrir nuestro equipaje. Las ventanas tampoco se pueden abrir para permitir una ventilación normal. Pero tenían un ventilador para permitir que entrara el aire del exterior si no queríamos usar la calefacción. Pero era bastante ruidoso. El personal de limpieza siempre intentaba asegurarse de haber limpiado tu habitación y preguntaba si necesitabas un cambio de toallas, incluso si no necesitaban limpiar tu habitación. La ubicación era excelente, estaba a unos minutos a pie de la estación de Yeongdeungpo, y también hay una parada de autobús justo afuera del hotel. El autobús 6007 de la limusina del aeropuerto también para un poco afuera del hotel. Me caí y no podía caminar y pregunté si el hotel tenía silla de ruedas, ¡de hecho me la proporcionaron! Un poco polvoriento, ¡pero fue genial! ¡Qué suerte poder movernos con la silla de ruedas! Sin embargo, dejamos una almohada para el cuello en la habitación, pero desapareció y ni siquiera nos dimos cuenta hasta que estábamos a punto de irnos. Todo el personal afirmó que no se la habían llevado (y estoy de acuerdo), pero yo seguí diciendo que probablemente estaba con las sábanas, ya que la habíamos dejado en la cama. Sin embargo, fue bastante difícil hablar con ellos y nos dimos por vencidos en la búsqueda. Por lo demás, fue una estancia bastante buena.

El hotel es un poco antiguo. La instalación no es moderna. Tienes que pagar extra por el gimnasio. El personal es muy estricto con el uso de mascarilla. Incluso si se sienta solo en la sala de negocios, debe usar una máscara. De lo contrario, serás corregido inmediatamente.

Evaluación de la ubicación: El transporte es muy conveniente. Cuando salga de la tienda, gire a la izquierda y camine hacia la derecha a menos de 100 metros hasta la estación de metro. También hay una tienda de conveniencia, Starbucks y una hamburguesería en la planta baja. Experiencia de alojamiento: La recepción es muy educada, pero no habla chino. Me comuniqué en japonés + inglés. La decoración de la habitación está bien, la ropa de cama y el baño también están muy limpios, la cama es muy suave y es muy cómoda para dormir. El buffet es una mezcla de comida occidental y coreana, y la variedad es bastante rica. ¡Vale la pena recomendarlo!

Estaba muy cerca de la estación Janghanpyeong y las instalaciones internas estaban muy limpias. Además, podía usar Netflix con mi cuenta personal, así que no me aburría y era agradable. Fue decepcionante que la insonorización fuera deficiente, el televisor era un poco pequeño y no había albornoces. Aún así, en general quedé muy satisfecho jaja.

Great service even though it’s a high season. Staff at front desk are very helpful and informative. The hotel room and the hotel is in great condition. The room is excellent and clean. Room cleaning service is at top level. The swimming pool is well cleaned also. Breakfast is served with a good variety of cuisine. The position of the hotel is excellently convenient. The airport bus stop is just opposite the hotel, subway station exits are within 1 min walking. It just takes 10-15 mins walk to Myeongdong shopping area. The deal is exactly as prompted. Got mini bar refilled everyday. Can see Korea tower from room😍. Thank you for the great deal. Definitely will choose VOCCO Myeongdong next time.

Over the last two years, I stayed probably about two or three weeks in total at the Imperial Palace in Itaewon. I highly recommend it to anybody looking for a nice hotel in Itaewon, Seoul! During the heights of the pandemic as well as during more normal times, the service at the hotel was always outstanding. Rooms are large, fairly quiet, modernly furnished, spotlessly clean and come with super comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. I very much loved the view from the rooms overlooking the street. There's a coffee machine in each room and if you run out of capsules, you can buy more at the lobby. Internet is great and the workspace is okayish, but not the kind of setting in which you'd like to work for hours. Go to a coffee shop instead. There are countless coffee shops, restaurants, bars and convenience stores within walking distance. Itaewon Metro Station is only a few minutes walk away. Staff was always super friendly and professional and speaks perfect English.

La vista era espectacular. Había una tienda de conveniencia justo detrás del hotel y había un amplio estacionamiento, lo cual fue agradable. No lo sé porque no desayuné, pero el personal fue amable, así que en general quedé satisfecho. La vista es realmente genial, pero es increíble!!!!@@@ Pero las comodidades, como las toallas, están un poco viejas y la alfombra del piso es vieja. Tuve que ventilarla un poco. Aunque ventilé , el olor no desapareció.
