Great service even though it’s a high season. Staff at front desk are very helpful and informative. The hotel room and the hotel is in great condition. The room is excellent and clean. Room cleaning service is at top level. The swimming pool is well cleaned also. Breakfast is served with a good variety of cuisine. The position of the hotel is excellently convenient. The airport bus stop is just opposite the hotel, subway station exits are within 1 min walking. It just takes 10-15 mins walk to Myeongdong shopping area. The deal is exactly as prompted. Got mini bar refilled everyday. Can see Korea tower from room😍. Thank you for the great deal. Definitely will choose VOCCO Myeongdong next time.

Bueno para vivir solo. Hay todo lo que necesitas. Sin embargo, la limpieza de la habitación se resiente. No había toallas grandes, agujeros en las paredes. La habitación es muy pequeña. Si vivís juntos, es mejor buscar un hotel más decente. Ideal para un solo viajero. Excelente ubicación. Se puede llegar a todas las atracciones a pie.

El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, a unos pasos de la estación de limusina del aeropuerto, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. El hotel está muy bien situado, muy amable, muy amable y muy cuidadoso. Definitivamente voy a venir y permanecer allí otra vez para mi próxima visita.

Отличный отель. Я случайно открыла его для себя. Новый, свежий, удобно расположен: 1 минута от метро Чунгму-ро, и пешком 15 минут от Мендонга. В номере есть все для комфорта : микроволновка стала приятным сюрпризом, я покупала готовую еду, и грела . Уборку делали каждый день.Вид из номера был на башню Намсан!!! Все было супер. Я бы снова забронировала этот отель, если вернусь в Сеул. Кстати, летом отель будет ещё круче: там есть крыша и на ней вероятно будет что-то обустроено, наверное кафе)! Спасибо работникам отеля! Я действительно провела время с комфортом!

Outstanding service and very international! View was lovely and everything is right next to Myeongdong Market, which is a very central location for people visiting Seoul for the first time. And thank you to Pingko for the lovely birthday message and gift!

The pictures of the room is quite true to other reviews and the hotel page itself. Quite comfortable and spacious. The only thing is the toilet is a bit dirty near the drainage. And maybe is the cold season near the end of autumn, start of winter period, the aircon would be on for a while and off for a while. Is a setting that can’t be changed. Maybe is to save electricity. There is guest laundry at lv 10, just abit on the expensive side. 1 time wash and dry cost 10,000 won in total. The service there is rlly friendly. Just take note no toothbrush provided. Have to donate to get a toothbrush. The location is great. The building next to the hotel has an olive young and opp olive young is a convenience store. Near the hotel also have a few malls. Just need to cross the road or go via underpass. It is close to myeongdong night market too.

Era un hotel de nueva construcción y estaba muy limpio. La habitación era espaciosa y la cocina estaba equipada con microondas y lavadora. Como han dicho otros críticos, el cuarto de ducha tenía un olor muy fuerte a alcantarilla. Es bastante difícil regular la temperatura de la ducha. El agua caliente en el baño era un hilito y apenas salía. Como el fregadero de la cocina está detrás del baño, lo usé y no hubo ningún problema. ¿Fue sólo mala suerte? La calefacción por suelo radiante y el aire acondicionado no funcionaban, por lo que un trabajador se quedó en la habitación unas dos horas para controlarnos, pero acabamos teniendo que cambiar de habitación... (T_T) ¡La habitación a la que nos mudamos de al lado estaba cálida! Por otro lado, hacía tanto calor que intenté apagar la calefacción por suelo radiante pero no desapareció, así que logré pasar con las ventanas bien abiertas. Hacía tanto calor en la habitación que pasé la mayor parte del tiempo en ropa interior. Cuando me fui a dormir, cerré la ventana y encendí el aire acondicionado a 20 grados. Al día siguiente, la calefacción por suelo radiante seguía caliente incluso después de apagarla, así que le pedí a la recepción que la apagara usando una aplicación de traducción, pero la calefacción por suelo radiante seguía sin apagarse. Cuando les dije esto, me dijeron que esperara porque la temperatura del suelo radiante tardaría entre 5 y 8 horas en bajar. La calefacción por suelo radiante no se pudo apagar hasta el momento del check out, lo cual ocurrió 3 noches y 4 días (＞_＜) El calor de la calefacción por suelo radiante llegaba hasta la cama, por lo que parecía como si estuviera durmiendo sobre una alfombra caliente. Aunque era febrero, no podía dormir bien por el calor. Además, un ascensor. Aparentemente hay 220 habitaciones, pero dos ascensores para 220 habitaciones obviamente no son suficientes. No pude subir al tren alrededor de las 11 a. m. cuando hice el check out, por lo que tuve que pasar por el tren varias veces. Salí 40 minutos antes de la hora programada. Como mi viaje era de compras y belleza, me alegré de encontrar un lugar asequible donde alojarme. Mi habitación también tenía una lavadora. Había una nevera grande y una tetera. No había calefacción, pero había un ondol, así que no hacía frío. Se proporcionaron toallas, champú, jabón corporal y secador de pelo. El agua es gratuita y se puede recoger en la recepción situada en el primer piso. Era difícil describirlo como hermoso.
