Valoraciones de Hotel the Designers LYJ Gangnam Premier

Booking was canceled 2,5 h before check-in. After a long discussion and after showing the voucher and the payment I got a room. However in the same evening/ night I was requested to go to the reception and to show the voucher again. This was done in a very unfriendly way. Will never ever stay in this hotel. Even if it’s for free. Besides: the price for a standard room is way overpriced. But this is maybe a personal taste.

Room doesn't have window. Front office staff speaks fluent english which is rare in domestic hotel. Overall experience no complaints, consider reasonable price.

Nice place to vacation. Near subway 9 line and gang nam night street.

There were a lot of dust, the hand towel and body towel were dirty . Please keep attention .

I went there for a short trip. It is perfect if you need a Place to sleep and habe breakfast. The Location is not close to the majority of sights. The Hotel it self is clean and good.

Hotel is located very near subway and plenty of restaurants around the area. Would definitely return for my next Gangnam experience

The lobby is more pleasant now. All the room so different so if you’re lucky you get a nice room if you’re not the room is a little bit gloomy.

This hotel has been always great. My usual choice when I come to Korea. It’s just 1min away from the metro.

Spacious hotel. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Hotel seems to be getting a little old. Lots of distressing cracks in the stairwell… Elevator takes FOREVER because of the parking they allow underground. The service desk people look like they could use a break because the same guy was there morning, noon, and night. Rooms smell like smoke and cigarette buds in window sill. Otherwise excellent location close to the subway. Close to coex mall and other major stations. Easy to navigate with with decent food (lots of western food?)

A somewhat aging hotel. Great exterior/location, fancy lobby, a mediocre room.

This hotel was on fire on my 3rd days of stay , thanks to trip . Com helped me to claim back the remaining 5 nights money , trip com service is efficient and I will continue to use this media in future booking for my holidays , thank you so much 💯
