Es un lugar agradable y económico a pocos minutos a pie de la estación de Seúl (salida 12: suba la colina inmediatamente a la izquierda después de la salida y no necesita caminar por las calles ni sus alrededores). Ten cuidado si tienes el sueño ligero porque las paredes son delgadas y puedo escuchar a la gente hablar y escuchar música a las 6 de la mañana a mi lado. Si necesita un lugar solo para dormir y cerca de la estación de Seúl y no se queda mucho en el hotel, este es un lugar recomendado.

Conveniently located 5-10 minute walk from Seoul station. It is a good place to stay overnight and very comfortable room. The only downside is the walls are paper thin so you can hear the sound outside the hallway echoing through your walls and every sound when someone is using the bathroom too. The bed is comfortable but a little too stiff if you are used to sleeping on a soft mattress . No breakfast is provided but the give you complementary water. It is very easy to get to from Exit 12 of the airport line.

Get out of exit 12 at Seoul Station from line 1. It's close by the station, and there's a 7/11 right next door to the hotel open 24/7. As to be put on the first floor, as there isn't an elevator. You get what you pay for here.

Had an early flight and this was perfect for my overnight stay . Hotel was close to Seoul Station exit 12 . Friendly check in staff
Cons: , there was no lift and my room was on the 3rd floor . While struggling with my luggage to the 3 rd floor , I saw several rooms on the 2nd floor unoccupied! ( their doors were opened and all cleaned and dressed up .) wish they had assigned me to the second floor!
Pros: rooms were comfortable and clean ! Toilet was also very clean ! Amenities like toothbrushes and nice thick towels were a plus ! There were 2 bottles of drinking water in the fridge ! I thought this was really nice ! However , no water kettle in the room , and no coffee or tea sachets !

We stayed here one night as we were taking the train the next morning to Busan. It is a couple minutes to Seoul Station so the location alone made our lives easier. We were able to walk directly to the railway station in the morning the next day. As many have noted, there are no elevators, but the staff do offer to help bring luggage up and down the stairs. We were already aware of this when we booked the room so we were okay with this. We were only on the 2nd floor so it wasn't so bad. Check-in and check-out were simple and quick. Also many restaurants around for those who are staying longer.

The actual hotel name is About Stay hotel. It is conveniently located opposite Seoul Station. From the Seoul Station, need to take exit 2 to the underground metro station and exit at Exit 12.
Short walk to Namdaemum market.
Room was extremely small. No place to open your luggage except to do it on the bed. It has full amenities though. Wifi is very fast and stable.

Value hotel.
The location is very good at metro exit 12 with elevator. You can walk through the park for shortcut to the hotel but as many reviewers mentioned it will be dark at night. Hotel staff told me to walk further a bit to the main road and you will pass starbuck , department store. You will enjoy the way back to hotel.
Staff is very good. Check in can be at 3pm, but you can keep luggage there and once you come back the staff will keep you luggage in your room already. Room is vey tidy but very functional. There is table counter and little chair too. The room is very clean.
