Despite making this booking months before our trip, the hotel screwed it up and we did not manage to even check in to stay. Arrived at around 2pm after our red-eye flight, we were told that our room was still cleaning and it will be ready at 3pm which is their check in timing. We left our luggages at the lobby and went out to have our lunch. Was back at the hotel around 5pm, they took a long time to pretend to do our check in and afterwhich brought us up to a room that was not what we had booked for. Confronted the staffs and they apologised saying that their system had error and do not have the Family Wood Suite which we had booked for available for us. The hoo-ha drama with the staffs went on for the next 2 hours. It was really disappointing and frustrating. I would never recommend this hotel. Entrance door to the hotel was hardly visible, 1 small lift only, lobby walkway was narrow and squeezy, staffs were dishonest.

Location was excellent. Very near to Cheonggyecheon Stream and City Hall Station making it very convenient to travel to many places. Services were excellent and staff was very nice and helpful. Just that the room space was a bit small for family with lots of luggages. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and will still highly recommend to our friends to stay in this hotel.

酒店位置方便，距離City Hall BTS站步行5-10分鐘，亦可步行到明洞，樂天商場，南大門，就算搭BTS去東大門亦只是四個站👍👍但酒店入口位置唔明顯，第一次去要搵吓路。我選擇了三房的套房，但比想像中細，其中兩間房唔夠位置開喼，但總算乾淨企理！

衛生不太好，黑色的地毯上經常會顯得有很多塵或垃圾。而且3天才會大清潔一次，每天的清潔只限於更換毛巾，倒垃圾。毛巾上也有污漬。 另外，3房3廁所的寫得有點不太對，有一個廁所一進去就是淋浴間，沒有馬桶的，還有沒有任何可以放置衫等等的地方。另外兩個廁所也完全沒有掛勾，衣服不知道應放在那兒。而且不可以同時間洗澡，因為水會不夠，而且會時冷時熱。 最重要的是，廳的部分有備餐間，但採用以石春的設計讓人很容易跌倒，石春上雖然有數塊石地板，但有一兩塊已經被踩壞，有裂痕，站在那兒更容易會跌倒，不要說小朋友和老人家，連成年人經常行走也會有危險。 地理上位置雖還好，但記緊酒店是位於一棟舊式大廈內，電梯空間很細，5個大人已經滿了，如攜帶行李，記緊要預留更多時間，等待只有一架而且細小的電梯。另外，夜晚樓下環境很靜，一個人不要太晚回去！ 酒店的相片也有點騙人，空間其實不是太大，沒有空間可以打開3個大行李箱，我們收拾時也很狼狽。

交通便利，服務好，快速，貼心，態度佳。房間乾淨整潔。提供免費瓶裝水。各種溝通管道，及時回答問題及提供幫助。

今天就要分享韓國首爾行的第二間飯店～ 距離地鐵市政廳僅1分鐘！走路就到明洞夜市！ 除了有兩間房間外！竟然還自帶廚房＋客廳！？

7명이 함께했는데 방3개랑 화장실2개에 침대4개와 거실,부엌 딱좋았어요. 실내공기도좋구 아늑한분위기. 깨끗한 시설 모두 만족합니다 추천합니다

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was amazing, kind, and very helpful. The area is very walkable and close to a lot of the areas we wanted to visit. The hotel is very clean and comfortable it felt like I was home. Would definitely stay here again.

The service at the front desk is good. Our families like the stay in this Suit. but beware of the wall if you have small kids,

It was a fabulous stay with family, plenty of room, kitchen, great amenities, near City Hall station and also walking distance to lots of places nearby, including myenddong, insa-dong, palaces etc. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

キッチンや冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、食器類も付いていて、子連れでも過ごしやすかったです⭐️ トイレも2つあり、6人で宿泊しましたが混み合うことがなかったです。 ただ、寝室の窓を開けた時に、網戸などがない為子供には少し危険でした。

公寓式酒店位處內街，每層只有兩間房，裝修簡約日系。交通便利，到市政廳站僅5分鐘，記著5號出口有扶手電梯。巴士站及機場巴士都僅6分鐘，到明洞僅15分鐘路程。

酒店型公寓，距離明洞約15分鐘路程。交通便利，到市政廳地鐵，巴士站僅約5-7分鐘，有多條地鐵路線圖集中。公寓可簡單煮食，適合家庭入住。3分鐘就有超市及麥當勞，仲有好食肆選擇。
