The hotel staff were very friendly and guided us on the laundry services. The location of the hotel is also nearby cheonjeyeon waterfall

Hotel staff was friendly. Just show the booking and everything is good to go and easy to check in. We rent a car to drive, the parking lot is limited so if lot is full they ask to just park anywhere. Near by hotel walk down there is few restaurants. At night is very quiet place. Ask for air con if not cold weather over there they will just give heater. Place was neat and the room is big. Only thing is outside a lot bugs if never stay outside too long still okay

One of the best hotel I have stayed in Jeju. Near to the 3 waterfalls and Seogwipo submarine. Counter staff were lovely and speak very good English. Felt very welcome.

This hotel is one of the most affordable places to stay in the Choongmun area. It’s in a very convenient location, and there are a lot of nice restaurants nearby. The hotel has a lovely looking cafe which only opens until 6 pm, but I would recommend people to visit there once. I stayed in the room on the upper floor where I was able to see the great view of the seaside. Worth staying. The staff are very friendly and supportive, which is the highlight of this place.

10살 딸과 단둘이 첫 여행이었어요~ 비행기표, 렌트, 숙박 모두 출발 전날 예약하느라 정신이 없었고 걱정이 되었었는데 호텔~ 너무너무 좋았어요~ 위치 좋고~ 걸어서 맥도날드 스타벅스 편의점 그 외에 음식점들 가기 좋구요~ 먼 바다 뷰이지만 그래서 더 멋있었어요^^
깨끗하고 3박4일 묵었는데 매일 클리닝서비스 해주셨구요~ 무엇보다 가격도 좋았어요~ 다음에도 중문에 숙소를 찾는다면 또 아리아로 당연 선택할거에요^^
(리조트가 아니라서요..^^; 수영장, 취사를 원하시면 다른 곳을 알아보시는게 좋구요~)
간단하지만 부족하지 않은 1층카페 아침마다 샌드위치 토스트 크로와상 스프 번갈아가며 다 먹어봤는데 좋았어요~ 카페인테리어도 따뜻하고 아늑한 분위기~ 좋았어요^^
아리아호텔 적극 추천합니다~!

시설은 조금 낡았지만 방이 넓고 사용하는데 불편함은 없었어요
그리고 직원분들이 정말 너무 친절하세요
위치도 서귀포여서 여기저기 놀러다니기도 너무 좋았어요
아쉬운 점은 방음이 정말 안되요
방에서 대화하는건데도 바로 옆에서 이야기하는 것 같아요
텐트에서 자는 느낌이예요
주말에 방이 풀방이다 보니까 정말 힘들었어요
그런데 평일되면 방이 많이 비어서 정말 조용하게 잤습니다
무조건 평일에 가시는 걸 정말 추천합니다
후회 안하실거예요

차가지고 애델꼬 , 제주를 뱅기말고 배타고는 첨갔어요 ㅎ
하필이면 아주 날씨요정까지 붙어가지고 제주 첫날 …
비에 우박에 갑자기 눈보라까지 … 호텔 도착까지 완전 미친날씨였어요
그러나 딱 도착했는데 호텔 외관 너무 예뻤고요 세련됨 보다는 뭐라해야 할까요 , 음 ~ 유럽 어디 작은 도시에 온 것 같은 , 그 도시에서 꾸준히
그 자리를 지켜온 듯한 ~ 그러나 깔꼼하고 푸근한 ~ 뭐라 설명이 안되네요 ㅎ 암튼 전 너무 만족하고 좋았습니다^^.. 그리고 이건 빼놓을수 없네요!! 후기 잘 안쓰는데 결국 이거 쓰려고 쓰는거에요! 아리아 호텔 로비 직원분들 너무너무 친절하세요 !! 오며가며 꼭 인사한마디 , 이런저런 말한마디 꼭 해주시고 항상 웃는 얼굴이세요 .. 진짜 인상 한번 쓰는걸 본적이 없네요 서비스직이다보니 당연하다면 당연할수 있으나 어디 일이란게 항상 그럴수만 있나요 … 중문 쪽에 여기저기 또 다른 호텔들 많이 가보았지만 , 전 또 중문쪽에 호텔을 잡는다면 아리아에 잡을겁니다!!! 아! 체크인때 아이생각해서 룸업그레이드도 해주셨어요 정말 감사했어요 ! 나오면서 증맬 뭐라도 사다드릴려고 했으나 나오는길에 차동차 타이어 펑크나 있더라고요 ㅎㅎ 그거 서비스 받으면서 정신이 또 나갔네요 ㅎㅎ 암튼 이번 제주 날씨부터 아주 재미지고요 ~~ 그리고 전 아직 제주입니다아아아아 ~~ 암튼 결론은 중문에 다시가면 전 아리아로 갈꺼에욧!!!!! 오늘도 수고하세요 아리아 직원분들 !!!! 이분들 월급 올려주면 좋겠다!!! ㅎ
