Would definitely stay here again after spending 4 nights here. Seems to be a new hotel in a good location in Sendai. It’s less than a ten minute walk from Sendai Station, it’s located even closer to the Subway, just 1 block from shopping arcade, and a few blocks from the Asaiichi market. Hotel room was very spacious for 3 including a 1 year old. Our room was on the 11th floor with a view of the next buildings rooftop. The lights are controlled with a touch screen. Wifi seemed to work well. Good luggage and jacket storage at the entry way. Lots of free amenities in the lobby and you can get 2 bottle of water per day. We did not have breakfast during our stay but the lounge is open from ~2pm to ~9pm and there’s a Starbucks coffee/latte machine. You may also purchase a glass of sake for ¥500 from a machine. The second floor has pay laundry machines, microwave, ice machine, and vending machines. Hotel staff was helpful. They can arrange your luggage to be sent to your next destination. I don’t think there is any added service charge. I had opted for no cleaning when booking to save a little but they still cleaned the room daily. My only complaint is when I asked for a new key because i lost one, the receptionist gave some attitude and said that I should look in my room for it after issuing another key.

The location is very convenient. Close to the train station and also the market.

The room was large here. About 7-10mins walk from JR station. Good restaurants nearby. Several convenient shops within walking distance.

The room was clean, and the front desk staff was very nice.

Location is great. Near Sendai station, shopping street and car rental shop. Room space is ok. Easy check in and check out. Friendly and helpful staff.

Good location, there are several convenient stores around, 8min walk to Sendai JR Station and malls around. Room is clean and tidy. Hotel staffs are helpful and polite.

When you walk in to the lobby for the first time and it's heaving with Chinese Tour groups... you know. A strange world where all the amenities you'd normally expect to find in your hotel room, are not there. You need to ask for them at reception or collect them from elsewhere in the hotel. Strange. Though to give the hotel credit, it hadn't nailed the kettle down to the desk, or chained the towels to the bathroom wall. And, kinda funny watching the guests smuggle in big bags full of drinks and food from the local CS. Like, maybe they couldn't afford to eat out. I dunno???

Very clean, efficient and friendly staff. A Little bit walk from JR station but it's fine and expected when making the reservation.

Excellent breakfast - allergens indicated as well. Great facilities with quality amenities. You can control lights and aircon via a tablet. You can even set alarms on it. Location within walking distance from the JR Sendai station. Staff was polite and helpful. Love that you can check if the restaurant is full in the morning via the TV in the room. Coin laundry payment is cashless. Such an enjoyable stay.
