It has very nice and more comfortable room, everything is good

Size is larger by Japanese standard. New facilities, clean room. Sitting area at lobby. Self checking in. Walkable from Sendai via Yodobashi the street of Yobadashi

Room is quite big and comfortable, beautiful lobby. The room had double-layered curtains with sheer drapes, which was a very thoughtful touch. Even when the morning sunlight was bright, it didn’t feel harsh. The only pity was that we didn’t get to try the hotel breakfast this time—hopefully, we can enjoy it on my next visit. It’s a hotel that makes me want to come back again~

The place and room was so cozy and comfy, staff are friendly and it’s good cause the stuff can speak english really helpful for tourists

the hotel lobby is very beautiful, it’s a roughly 8min walk from station, not too bad. The room is quite spacious but it did not provide drinking water. overall other amenities is great

Good location near Sendai Station. We got a smoking room, probably our own mistake when making the reservation. Smell in room was very strong. Next they the staff were able to change the room for us which was much better.

Grand lobby Near the jr station just walk thru the linked bridge from station towards yodabashi and get down to the sport shop. Cross the road u will see one five Less than 8minutes I went to Japan more than 20times. And this is the less welcoming front desk With no greeting no smile They look like machine Beds are comfortable View is nice Lift is spacious Room windo are big and clean Bright enough Family mart just two shops away Miyagi dori subway just infront of the hotel.

Convenient location at affordable price Facilities in the hotel are simple, but they are fine esp at this price

Checkin online and scan QR code to pick up keys! Quick and simple but if you need help, might have to wait as only 1 person mending counter. Lobby is new and nice. Microwave and vending machines at L5, not written anywhere and had to go back down to lobby to check we reception (as phone at the level not working). Quite a far walk from Sendai Station, especially if bringing luggage along with you.

About 10 to 15 mins to Sendai station. Parking is expensive at 1800 yen which is crazy.

Around 10 minutes walking distance from Sendai JR station . Staff are nice and helpful . Child is free of charge for accommodation. The room is clean and large . Breakfast is good with many variety of foods Fast check-out service is available

It was a decent hotel, not right at the train station but close. Staff was really friendly, check-in and check-out was efficient. Rooms are standard small-ish for Japan. Nothing bad and nothing outstanding. Great for the price.

The hotel look new and the room is clean. Although the hotel isn’t near JR station much but it is next to the subway station which is good choice to travel around the city.
