Very comfortable stay with lots of amenities. Very near Aobadori/ Sendai stn for easy access. Extremely clean too!

We're able to store bags before checking in. Check in was at 14:00 which is earlier than average for Japanese business type hotel, handy after an early flight. 2 free bottles of water given daily. Room was a little larger than average but if course still small. Room was modern feeling with everything we needed. It was quiet on the 10th floor at the end of the corridor. Slept well. Can access JR and subway via underground passage at Exit West 1 - good if raining. Loads of cafes and shops on doorstep.

A nice little hotel, conveniently located near the Sendai Station and is easy to find. The artificial public hot bath, though small, is nice to get rid of fatigue after a day's tour. The breakfast place is a bit small but the food is very nice with sashimi. A bit disappointed though as they didn't serve beef tongue curry (beef curry instead) on the day of my stay, but overall quite a good hotel and will book again if I ever visit Sendai again.

Decent hotel.  Walkable from station.  Clean.  No English langyage tv and fridge not cold. Breajfastxareq rather congested, but overall a decent hotel.

Convenient location where JR station, subway stations are within walking distance. Very good breakfast with lots of local delicacies. I like the public bath too despite room a bit small but the layout is good that u have enough space to open your luggage. Free coffee at lobby.

I stayed there for 4 nights. The first 3 days sounded okay but there was No 'eco cleaning' on the 4th day. The rubbish were still in my room till late at night given that I didn't put the "do not disturb" card outside the door. It's unacceptable!

I checked in on 8th Dec 2024 around 230pm. There are 2 female and 1 male front desk staffs. The male staff is on my left , another female staff in the middle and that impolite female staff standing near the window side serve me for the check in. She is taller than the middle one. Her attitude is so impolite with bad face. That female staff even not telling me my room number until I asked her. The hotel claimed they are 4 stars hotel but that staff is way too far below the standard. I will never stay at this hotel again.
