Stay for 1 night here. The staffs are very helpful. I asked for an early check in because my son had a fever and they're give me the room quickly. The location near to Pecinan night market and also near the legend Soto Bokoran, just few steps from the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here.

La primera vez que me quedé en este hotel, me impresionó mucho, así que hice otra reserva para prolongar mi estancia. Pros: Las habitaciones son limpias Más cocinas, me hizo dormir mejor Buena calidad de la cama, muy buena calidad Personal útil Cons: Estacionamiento en construcción Wifi no era lo suficientemente fuerte ¿Quiere visitar de nuevo? Absolutamente.

Probably this hotel had better times, but the pandemi hit hard. Room okay. Bathroom dirty. Very dirty! I didn't make picture, but it was gross. Hot water. AC was okay. Restaurant closed. Parking is inside and you need some skills. Quite challenging. The infinity pool at the 30'th floor is nice. U can see all the city.

Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable. La ventaja de este hotel porque el hotel se convierte en parte de la tienda DP, el hotel es muy limpio y muy agradable personal.He venido antes 2PM y me dejaron comprobar antes sin ningún coste, La casa de la habitación era muy buena, pero no era muy buena. También olvidé traer un cargador para mi teléfono y sólo podemos dejar el teléfono para cargar en el escritorio frontal. Esto significa que el hotel Room Inc tiene un empleado honesto y muy amable, muy útil. El desayuno tiene un tipo variable, realmente me gusta el porridge. La oferta para este hotel, quizás puedas volver a decorar la habitación. Es muy pequeño con una gran televisión. No es fácil de pasar de un lado a otro porque la brecha es muy pequeña. Tidy and clean, spacious, nice decoration and design. The size of the twin bed is quite large. It would be nice if there is a swimming pool or cafe. Definitely will be back again if we need to stay in Semarang for a while.

En general, es bueno, se puede entrar rápidamente y la habitación es agradable. Sólo cuando se utiliza la toalla no está en buena apariencia. El color de blanco se ha vuelto oscuro debería ser sustituido.

it's perfect, even better than a regular five star hotel, service is great, lobby is fabulous, breakfast is outrageous abundant, room is nice, the view is pool view which I.deeply regret not choosing the first floor room which can own a entrance to the poor.
