Private: property 11'000 m2 with lawn, orchard, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, 01.01.-31.12.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: WiFi, table tennis, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 4.5 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, sandy beach "Alcudia" 25 km.
