Hotel Acadia - Mountain Home ★★★★
"Hotel agradable... debe probar su restaurante para cenar .. , excelente comida"
Residence Antares ★★★
"It’s a well-located hotel for skiing with clean and comfortable rooms and nice lobby areas and great view from the private sauna post skiing. But the hotel missed the mark in several ways and i wouldn’t come back or recommend to friends. - parking is not included if you book through trip.com but you learn about it when you check out. - very inflexible booking (we tried changing booking for same dates but with different rooms and they were being so unreasonable and inconsistent. They left such unpleasant taste) - hotel layout is very confusing and cumbersome when carrying so many equipments - given the layout i suggest someone in the hotel helps arriving guests find their way in and out. - you feel very nickle-and-dimed for using the amenities in a hotel like this one. For example the sauna, parking. And you have to book to just use the pool. There is washing liquid but no dishwasher tablet. Small details but made a bit of difference for my experience. - front desk service felt inconsistent. Some were very helpful and some were very cold."
Garni Hotel Bel Vert ★★★

Hotel Granbaita Dolomites ★★★★★
"We had an amazing time! The hotel is beautiful and the spa is amazing, as are the treatments- I had 2. The food is great with a huge selection- half board has both menu options and buffet options, all included. Bar /lounge area is fun also with a huge selection. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the service of all of the staff is wonderful and feels very family like. After a few days the waiters knew what we liked to drink and had it waiting for us at the table!! The hotel has everything you need for family or romantic getaway with lots of activities and options. The area that the hotel is located in is small and not central so outings are limited in walking distance- which for us was great. Aside from skiing, we didn’t leave the hotel, a huge bonus when you don’t want to have to walk around to find a restaurant every night like we usually do with other places!! The staff will drive you to and pick you up from 3 very convenient locations for ski making the hotel super easy for skiing. You can rent gear from the hotel and they give you lockers so nothing is needed from outside the hotel. There is also a way to ski back to the hotel if you want. We left at 3am and there was a HUGE breakfast box waiting for us to take with us as well as a printed birthday greeting and gift for my husband (the day we left was his birthday- I didn’t mention it, they noticed from his passport and did this themselves). What a lovely, friendly, family feel but luxury hotel. Everything you need for a perfect ski vacation!!"
Apartments Lores ★★★
"La zona de comunicación. Los apartamentos están completos, hay garaje subterráneo, conveniente para estacionar. El balcón grande, frente a la ciudad pequeña, el panorama de la montaña es muy atento. El único reproche es vivir en tres pisos, no hay ascensor, el transporte de equipaje es una fuerza física."
Hotel Somont ★★★★
"We arrived at 7:00 pm and were immediately given our rooms, which was appreciated after a long travel day. We had one larger room and one smaller room, but they were quite similar in size. Both were on the first floor and included balconies. We reserved garage parking for €10 per day, which I strongly recommend. It is absolutely worth the cost, especially in winter conditions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. One set of windows has automatic blackout shades, while the other has traditional curtains. I need complete darkness to sleep, and I had no problem making the room fully dark. The shower is small but sufficient for an adult. Water pressure was strong. One evening, after returning from après-ski around 7:00 pm, we had cold water for our showers. After that, we assumed it is better to shower earlier in the day. In the mornings, we had no issues with hot water. Breakfast is very good and includes everything you would expect from a ski hotel. The only things missing were an espresso machine and made-to-order egg options such as omelets or fried eggs. The coffee served is American-style filter coffee, average to my taste, no almond milk, but they had oat and soy type milk. The ski room is excellent. Each room has its own private heated locker, which keeps boots and gloves warm and dry. There is also an elevator that takes you up with your skis directly to the blue slope. Ski-out is convenient, although we were not initially guided on the best way to reach the main Ciampinoi lift. One option is to ski down the blue slope from the hotel to the gate and then walk about 300 feet, roughly seven minutes, to the gondola. On the third day, we discovered a better option: taking two T-bar lifts that allow you to ski directly down to the gondola without removing your skis. You only need to take your skis off if you are heading toward the Costabella lift to access the orange Sella Ronda trails. Ski-in is slightly less convenient. You take the Ciampinoi 5 trail and then an older three-person chairlift that brings you back to the blue slope leading to the hotel. For intermediate skiers and above, both ski-in and ski-out are very manageable. Another highlight is the wellness area. The indoor pool is warm and pleasant, though on the smaller side. Next to it is a jacuzzi with water jets and air bubbles. However, during our stay, the jacuzzi was cooler than the pool, approximately 65°F, which was surprising. The sauna area is the real standout: there is a steam room, a dry sauna, and a large 90°C sauna, all very well maintained. They also provide dried fruits and two types of tea, which you can enjoy in the quiet relaxation room. The hotel is very close to the popular après-ski spot Stua, which runs from 3:30 to 6:30 pm, and about a seven-minute walk to the center of town. One final note that reflects the level of care from the management: as we were checking out and already seated in the car, ready to drive away, the general manager ran outside and"

Hotel Miravalle
"We just returned from a week at Miravalle Hotel, travelling with family and friends, staying respectively in Rooms 302 (Suite Tirolese) and 201 (Suite Blu). This hotel style Chalet is situated on top of a small hill, allowing guests to ski-in/ski-out directly from the modern, well-equipped ski lockers. Each locker has heated sticks for boots, together with bathroom facilities and a direct private lift using your own key card room to get in and out. ROOMS: Our two Suites had large balconies with stunning South/West views of the village and mountains, with plenty of sun (when the weather is good, which was the case when we stayed there). The suites had plenty of wardrobes/storage which came helpful when traveling with families. The beds were comfortable, with a sofa bed for our teenagers. Bathrooms came with plenty of towels changed every day, and additional SPA towels to use in the pool and sauna/steam room which you dispose of in the SPA area and they are replaced every day in your room the next morning. The hotel also provides shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, replenish every day, but we brought our own so we didn't use many of these. The rooms were also equipped with an undercounter fridge which was very helpful to store our water, etc. While Miravalle doesn't provide a so-called "Mini Bar" in the room, you will find a local supermarket, Despar, just an 8 minute walk away, where you can get anything you need to store for your week skiing. SPA/POOL: The SPA area is quite stunning. It occupies an entire floor, which not only consists of a beautiful indoor/outdoor pool, but also offers several treatment rooms, two saunas, steamed room, relaxing room with water beds, herbal tea & water facilities, and so on. I had 3 treatments during my stay and my teenage daughter booked one too, and the therapist made everything possible to bring a relaxing experience. Such a treat after a day skiing. BREAKFAST/DINNER: We booked the "Half Board" basis for our week. The buffet breakfast is plenty, from Italian cured meats to fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cheeses, Italian cakes (so delicious), croissants, all sort of breads, cereals, teas (from the normal English tea to a large selection of very healthy tea options), coffee, etc. They cater for everyone and it is impossible to leave hungry. Now, when it comes to dinner time, the Hotel Miravalle certainly didn't disappoint: not only we had a "starter buffet" every night, which consisted of Italian cured meats (in all different sorts), cooked vegetables, potato salad, artichokes, balsamic onions, beetroot, and the list doesn't end, but all of this also included a four / five course dinner on top to follow, such as an Antipasti, First Course, Second Course, Cheese Tray, and Dessert. Every night differed and you only had to select your next dinner menu on the following morning, choosing between several options. Since we travelled with a child suffering from severe nut allerg"
Romantik & Family Hotel Gardenia
Grand Hotel Wolkenstein
"We had a lovely stay at Grandhotel Wolkenstein! Very nice and friendly staff (especially Yasmin and Alin!), food was good, shuttle service to and from the lift well arranged, rooms tidy and cosy, wellness very welcome after a long day in the snow! We will come back :)"
Hotel Solaia
"1h de autobús desde la estación de tren de Ponta Gardena. Desde el punto de partida perfecto para explorar los dolomites con trayectos y camiones en su paso por la puerta. Personal muy amable (sólo tenga cuidado de sus horas disponibles cuando la recepción está cerrada a veces). La habitación que reservaba era básica sin acondicionamiento (no hay nevera, no hay cocina). Todo en toda la gran estancia, gracias!"

"Great and clean appartement. Welness (sauna etc) very new and perfect condition. Located on parking lot of skipiste. Nice heated skiroom with private heated lockers. Enough parking space for your car. Good place for starting your Sellaronda skitour!"
Giardin Boutique Hotel B&B
"We had such a fantastic week skiing in Val Gardena, and staying at your beautiful hotel made it even better. Your kindness, hospitality, and all the great tips on where to ski (and where to eat!) really made our trip special. We looked forward to your advice every single day. Tami and I absolutely loved exploring the Selva area, but honestly, what we’ll remember most is how warm and welcoming you and your team were. You helped create a memory we’ll hold onto for a long time. You, your staff, and your hotel get an easy 10/10 from us. We really hope to see you both again in 2028!"
Hotel Garni Concordia - Dolomites Home

Hotel Jägerheim 3S
"We have had the most delightful stay here. This b&b is cozy and bursting with charm. It’s owned by a local family and you can tell they have poured their heart into every detail. The lobby and rooms are full of art by local artisans, and it’s refreshing to stay somewhere with so much heritage. The views cannot be beat. The hotel is in a very quiet location and a stone’s throw from the ski lift. The south facing rooms on the west side of the building have a particularly smashing view of the mountains. There are also fabulous amenities, such as hot tubs, lots of outdoor seating, a trampoline and a spa, yet the hotel is still small and intimate. Breakfast is an amazing spread complete with soft boiled eggs, fresh squeezed, juices, and bread with fresh honeycomb. We’ve also opted to eat dinner in every night and it’s always an impeccable 4 course meal. The owners even take the effort to switch out the table scape and theme every night. I’m so impressed by the level of love and the attention to detail that they have for this place."
Kristiania Small Dolomites Hotel

Muline Lodge
Hotel Monte44
"Spectacular location and service, with a strategic position for skiing thanks to the proximity of bus stops. Monika is extremely helpful, kind and nice. Beautiful place to stay"
ArtHotel Anterleghes - Gardenahotels
"The property does not in the least reflect either its 9.2 rating or the published images, which are highly misleading. Nothing shown corresponds to reality. If you want to go skiing, you have to take a bus or taxi. I can understand this in a B&B, but in a hotel it's unacceptable. There are no included shuttles, and every trip becomes an inconvenience. Add to this the exorbitant prices for any service or drink. The food is simply inedible. The quality was extremely low, and the dishes were uneatable. On New Year's Eve, we literally fasted: we couldn't eat anything, not even the fish from the cold buffet, which was inedible. An absurd experience for an evening that should be thoughtful and special. The spa is not a real spa; it's practically nonexistent. It's so small that you have to book and hope to find a spot, turning a moment of relaxation into an additional source of stress. Here too, the photos are suggestive: the pool, which seemed large and relaxing, is actually an outdoor hot tub, for two people at most, located outside the property. To reach it, you had to go outside, in freezing temperatures, seriously risking getting sick. Inside, the spa was freezing, consisting of three identical sauna rooms, differentiated only by temperature. There was no staff present: if anyone felt ill, they would be completely alone. Towels were never changed; the environment was cold and poorly maintained. The Turkish bath was inaccessible, so hot it burned your feet. The so-called "afternoon snack" was simply leftovers from the morning breakfast, served again in the afternoon. Obviously, no drinks were included; all were strictly paid for, something not previously specified. Upon arrival, they placed a trolley in front of us, but we had to load and unload our luggage ourselves, both at check-in and check-out, without the slightest assistance. The lobby was freezing in the evening, impossible to stop for a moment. Entertainment was practically nonexistent: the only "entertainment," on New Year's Eve, was a lady singing, accompanied by a guitarist, with slow, soporific Spanish songs, which, instead of creating atmosphere, merely made us want to fall asleep. The television in the room was extremely basic, and there wasn't even a bathroom toiletries kit, which according to fundamental hotel rules must always be provided. The bathroom was unbearably noisy, so much so that in the evening we were forced to close the door to sleep. In conclusion, extremely high prices for a non-existent service, a poorly managed, disorganized facility, and far from the promised standards. This is an experience absolutely not to be repeated."
