Hospitality services were awesome.. all the staffs were nice and professional. This is my first time experience at the hotel, and i love it. I’ll not hesitate to recommend to any of my friends and family to stay this hotel once come to Mataram.

Everything was good. The food was good and the service was absolutely good. The facilities were good and I really enjoyed it. I will prefer you guys to come at this Lombok Astoria Hotel because they will give you such a good and absolutely service that you can't imagined.

Its very comfort hotel for traveller and also family. Cozy room and delicious food for breakfast. Complete with gym, swimming pool and also they have entertainment inhouse. By the end its very recomended hotel for stay business trip or family vacation.

Hotel rooms are great and worth for staying. For business, work and leisure. Few times already here and everything is nice and great. Good for a lot of people. Easy access to the other places as well

Ayam taliwang menu is the best. The room is nice with a good view of mountain and hills. The breakfast is very varies of pastrys and traditiknal food of NTB. I also can try ayam taliwang and plecing kangkung too in breakfast. The staff is kind and very helpfull.

I highly recommend this place. Great service, very clean, yummy breakfast, very professional and friendly services. I had the pleasure to meet Chef Natalis during breakfast. Love his professionalism and kindness. He asked for feedback and even provided us with boxed breakfast as we had very early flight on the next day. Thank you Chef Natalis 👍 Special shout out to the Front office team: Emi, Isro and the rest of the team. My dad has to use walking stick due to his age. The FO team kindly assisted my dad every time. Thank you Lombok Astoria team, hope to see you guys again soon ❤️
