4 adults traveling with 2 toddlers and a baby stayed for two nights. We stayed in basic rooms with an extra bed. There was also adequate room for our travel cot. The location is in the very centre and suited us well. Parking was available without prebooking in a spacious parking hall at a reasonable extra price. Direct access to the reception. The rooms have recently been refurbished beautifully and they were clean. Daily cleaning is available at request. No complaints about the facilities. What motivated me to actually leave a review was the exceptional service we experienced during our stay. Not one or two staff members, but every single one we encountered met us with a genuine smile and will to make our stay as pleasant and easy as possible with two strong-minded toddlers and an infant. The hotel and accompanying restaurant are very child friendly in a discreet way that makes the parents feel at ease but doesn’t make other guests traveling without children feel uncomfortable. We would have equally enjoyed our stay traveling as a couple. The hotel’s restaurant is popular. I would recommend a reservation at least during the current restrictions. Value for money was good. A very enjoyable stay!
