«Service was fantastic, and the staff were very accommodating. Huge bonus that the receptionist spoke English in such a remote place and made everything so much easier and stress free. Hotel is new and rooms are big and spacious. I’d like to say that the room was super clean however there were stains on the bed sheet after pulling the quilt back. However, the staff were quick to respond and take care of the situation. The house keeper accidentally bought the wrong bedding then had to go back and get the correct size. It was kind of late so it was somewhat frustrating but they took care of the situation quickly. Altogether the stay was great! And they even sent slippers to the room for my daughter with a tooth brush via robot, which they originally said they didn’t have, which was nice of them. Overall a good experience. Always check your bed sheets when traveling. 😜»
