Everything about this hotel was just amazing! The perfect view, comfortable bed, clean shower and toilet and the employees were so friendly and nice!

Had a really great experience here at CitizenM. The place was unique, chique, and modern. With all the extra tools they provide like their mobile room controller you can personalize the room to your liking. The lobby is very interactive with accessible board games, lounge area and bar. Highly recommended!

Amenities were poor. Even water from the tap was referred to as complimentary! Breakfast was called world-class in the advertisement, but it actually is average. Fruits were not fresh and the service was poor, but with a friendly face. I am not coming back

Great location and very modern.

very rude, rigid and un accommodating public relations personnel. Unreasonable and unusual cancellation policy, be aware to read their website policy. I lost $1720 on my 3 nights 3 room booking due to a few hours late in cancellations and they took my whole booking payment with zero refund. I called four times and all the times I had to wait 20 to 30 mins before Shirley picked up. She initially offered change of dates but with no choice of any other locations which didn’t work for us (we are from very far). And then that was it. No consideration. No curtesy. Not any other resolution. I was only asking for 2 nights refund because they were canceled 24 hours beforehand (the advertised cancellation time), and they can still rent out the rooms to other customers. She shut me up, hung me up, didn’t want to be bothered. It was Absolutely the worst experience I have in 30 years of traveling (two times per year). I will never book anything from Citizens again.

It was such a great stay at this hotel. The room is high tech with a tablet control. The blackout blinds were super perfect. Showers were great, no need to struggle in getting right temp.easy access to many places within walking distance.

Great location by the waterfront and close to many restaurants. Walking distance to Pikes Place Place Market which is very cool. Get there early to avoid huge crowds.  The rooms are smaller than you may think. Pictures do not show how small the room really is but it was fine for a couple days when we spent most of the time in the city. Breakfast with unlimited specialty coffee drinks was great.  Would definitely recommend this for short visits or before a cruise.

These types of hotels are my kind of places to stay very funky loved it. Had everything that you needed for me the size wasn't a problem but could get a little cramped if there was two of you. I would stay here again if I was in the area again. 😁

Room is small, but comfortable to live. Location is close to the pier and good for jogging or sightseeing.

This place was ok, service wasn’t the best and a lot of things were just kind of expected of us and not communicated at all. Also we were asked to check out earlier than we planned while we were still asleep despite having paid for a late checkout. We ended up having to show them the charge on our card in order for them to believe us. Also as far as the rooms go, they are tiny. And bathroom is cramped with no privacy. TV did not work with our devices so we were not able to stream almost anything during our stay which I haven’t had to deal with at any hotel in years. Also our view faced the inside of the building which was another building about 15 feet away, so no view which we did not know until we showed up. However, the location is amazing is perfect for any events at Lumen field or T-Mobile Park being only a 10-15 minute walk. For over $600 for two nights, we were less than impressed about our experience.

A great place to stay. The room is small but cute. I will visit again for my next trip. ……………..
