El hotel es muy central. La recepción es amable y es responsable del Ibis Styles y del Adagio Apart Hotel, situado justo al lado. Primero tengo que pagar, luego recibo una prueba para que reciba la factura final el día siguiente. Puedes hacerlo, pero seguramente también va más fácil. Mi habitación (n° 621) está bien. Lo que falta es una silla. Quien se va a poner en la cama con PC está usando la mesa. Lo siento, no hay una caja de cama. Está en el otro lado de la cama doble. Pero no se puede poner la mesa allí, ya que hay la caja fuerte. Cuando se sale de la habitación, las cubiertas no reciben más electricidad. Esto no permite cargar el ordenador portátile cuando se va a comer, por ejemplo. Quien quiera trabajar la noche, se sienta mejor en el bar con el portátil y trabaja allí mientras la batería se mantenga. El desayuno está bien. En conclusión, quien quiera copiar el Motel One también debería hacerlo con inteligencia.

Anders zum Ibis Hotel, bietet das Hotelzimmer eine Küchenzeile. Für Familien praktisch, muss man nicht immer essen gehen. Supermärkte, Shoppingmall und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Aufzug und kostenfreien WLAN Wie im IBIS Hotel ist das Frühstück Mo-Fr 06:30 Uhr bis 10:30 Uhr und Sa+So 07Uhr-11 Uhr. Getränke wie Wasser und Kaffee bekommt man bis 22 Uhr kostenlos. Ebenso gibt es im Essenssaal eine Bar. Essen dort bis 22 Uhr, Getränke bis Mitternacht Der TV im Zimmer funktioniert einwandfrei.

Hotel was in chaos when we arrived. Staffing issue with the room cleaners, only one on duty. The reception area was full of guests waiting for their rooms. We eventually got into ours at 18.30 that night. The reception staff were doing their best to keep the guests happy, They were working really hard and were terribly stressed.. Caroline in particular did an amazing job. Our room, when we got into it, was comfortable and reasonably clean. Location is very good, close to the harbour and station. Breakfast was very busy but there was plenty of choice of food and again the catering staff were working very hard. I had the impression that there are some management issues at the hotel. I felt sorry for the staff that were obviously doing their best but needed more support. Having said that it was a good stay for us and Kiel was an interesting and surprisingly lovely place to visit.

From start to finish the stay for us here was really poor. Where do we even start? So for €187 a night you’d expect some high quality and at minimum friendly receptionists, I’m not sure I even saw them smile in the 2 weeks I stayed here. Also you wouldn’t expect to walk into a €187 a night hotel and be greeted by a strong waft of cigarette smoke. When arriving in the room all seemed well, the doors were a little difficult to open but besides that couldn’t fault the rooms. We visited the swimming pool downstairs which had no water in and remained without water throughout our stay. Next was the sauna which had signs on the door which said about it being out of order. What about the games room, well there was a ping pong table which at reception you could get hold of the bats and balls but the fusbol table and dart board were clearly there for decoration purposes as there was no ball/darts for them. The breakfast in the morning was a continental style buffet but we were told off for going up and getting second helpings. The bar was also another decorative item as that too was never open. Then we move onto the pool table room, the strongest stench of smoke in the hotel with fag ends left all around the room. The table was the worst quality I’ve ever come across, most the time the pockets didn’t work but when they did balls would get stuck under the table frequently when they were potted, sticks were bent, table was on the piss with a hill at one end of the table. Not to mention myself and a friend were playing a game of pool in their on a couple of occasions when the receptionist would come in and light one up! We then immediately left the room. For €187 a night you really would expect better. Towards the end of our stay late at night the toilet door was jammed and we struggled to open it, with abit of force it opened but slightly damaged around the lock area. I mentioned it to the receptionist the next day and she came up and had a look and said ‘I don’t know what to say but don’t worry about it you seem to have been unlucky’. I asked if there was anything she wanted us to do and she once again said ‘don’t worry about it’ so I didn’t until a couple days later I received an email stating a new door would cost me €250 and that no note was left regarding the door or even an acknowledgement that the receptionist had been informed and even came to our room. Personally all in all I wasn’t at all pleased with my stay here and will not be staying here again in the future

Este hotel es el punto de partida y destino de nuestro viaje de bicicleta de varios días en el Canal del Mar del Norte y del Mar Báltico. El hotel es bastante barato para este viaje de bicicleta. El hotel dispone de un espacio de bicicleta cerrado y suficientemente grande para que las bicicletas puedan estar seguras. El servicio es excelente, tanto en la recepción como en el desayuno, siempre muy amable. El maestro también es genial, nos ha podido ayudar con una herramienta de corto plazo. La habitación es espaciosa y - teníamos una habitación para el jardín- muy tranquila. Esta noche puedes sentarse en un jardín silencioso y el pequeño bar tiene una pequeña pero muy buena oferta de bebidas. Los dos viajes desde aquí al principio y al final del día también son muy buenos desde aquí, ya que el buzón correcto se acerca a la vista del eslabón Kiel Sur y al ferry al norte y aquí también regresa. En conjunto, podemos recomendar muy bien el hotel.

Bueno, estaban en marcha.He estado obligado por 2 años a todas las reglas re COVID-19, infectado el año pasado con la variante delta y desde entonces tienen dificultades para respirar, es decir, a través de la máscara. Desde que se levantaron las reglas de uso de la máscara, empecé a reservar viajes de hotel con mi familia de nuevo, pero pregunté específicamente y varias veces en la reserva directamente a través de la recepción del hotel si se necesita usar una máscara y la respuesta era claramente NO. Por supuesto, fue sólo una mentira y nos trataron como un espuma, incluyendo a nuestros hijos pequeños de 2 y 3 años. Hace semanas hicimos la reserva y reservamos el mismo número de suite 515, como nos gustaba la última vez. Claro que se confirmó sin duda. Al comprobar algo sucedió no podemos todavía entender. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. He dicho que no nos moveremos y luego dijeron que estaba bien hacer algunas llamadas y ver lo que podemos hacer. De repente, volvimos 515. Creo que estaban sobrereservados y prometieron a alguien más la suite y trató su suerte. Toda la estancia que nos hicimos se nos sentía incómodo. La casa de la ciudad está muy cerca de las lágrimas. Nos sentíamos tan desesperados que decidimos tener nuestro desayuno fuera del hotel.
