La habitación es hermosa, bien renovada. Una agradable desayuno. A pocos pasos del cachondo, que es realmente muy hermoso. Encontramos acceso para el cachondo en el hotel. El pasillo y la recepción no fueron renovados y un poco viejo y muffin.

We visited the garden restaurant after a walk to the waterfall for coffee and cake. The garden restaurant is situated at the bottom of some steps and was pleasant. The waitress was initially friendly and as it was a very hot day we ordered black forest gateau and iced cappuccinos each, as thought they would be nice and refreshing. When the iced coffees arrived they were quite small in the glass (only about half full) - see photo before we tasted anything- and when my wife had a sip she realised it wasn't cold but was luke warm. I asked the waitress if we could have an icecube to cool it down but was told no, she didn't have any ice cubes (bear in mind this is a hotel!). We think maybe she just didn't want to walk upstairs to get any. Obviously the coffees were pretty undrinkable (they seemed to have been made with a hot coffee shot and room temperature milk). My wife had about 1cm of hers and I had less of mine. When we came to bill the coffees had been included even though there was obviously something wrong with them (as I had pointed out to the waitress when I asked for the ice cube). We questioned about the coffees and explained that they weren't iced coffees but tepid coffees. However the waitress just repeated that if we ordered them we have to pay for them. My wife hates any fuss so I reluctantly paid even though we couldnt drink them. The waitress had three opportunities to put the situation right after they sold something they obviously were unable to provide 1) provide an ice cube to cool down the drinks when we asked 2) noted that we weren't drinking the coffees and offer us a replacement 3) remove them from the bill. 3 wasted opportunities to do the right thing. We had been in Germany for 6 weeks up until then and had really positive experiences, unfortunately this happened on our last day and it isn't the image we want to take away. The black forest gateau was OK but I'm sure there are much better establishments in Triberg. I would love to hear back from the manager of this establishment.

Un bed and breakfast en la pequeña ciudad de Shenwald cerca de Triberg, la ciudad es muy tranquila y hermosa, el tío es muy cálido, la habitación tiene balcón y es muy cómodo charlar sobre cerveza por la noche. La habitación triple tiene un precio medio temprano de 1000. El precio es muy alto. No hay muchas opciones para cenar cerca. Solo hay un restaurante alemán, un restaurante italiano y el restaurante alemán cierra los lunes. No hay lugar a donde ir el martes. Solo puedes optar por comer pizza durante dos días. . Frente al restaurante italiano, debería ser un parque de actividades para los lugareños. Hay caminos para que los valientes y valientes vayan a pasear. Después de la cena, sal a caminar y los niños juegan bien.

El desayuno era estupendo, nada menos que un hotel de cinco estrellas. El entorno que rodea al hotel es de primera, y las instalaciones internas también son muy características, especialmente los muchos detalles son muy cálidos, y se siente como en casa. El gerente de recepción es el mejor caballero alemán que he visto en mi vida y nos dejó una profunda impresión. Esta fue la parada más satisfactoria de este viaje, así que fue otro día.

La casa no es recomendable en el bosque negro, ninguno de ellos está bien, el propietario es entusiasta y invitado, y la próxima vez tendrá que vivir aquí.
