Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees

Valet parking of $50 in & $50 out for a total of $100 is overboard. It was a surprise when it showed up at checkout. Should have been disclosed at booking. Also, the room was found not cleaned the first day when we returned at 4pm. I complained to the front desk & someone showed up at 5:30 to clean, I told them not to bother.

Was a perfect stay in savannah right by the river front. The hotel lobby and amenities were first class and the room was huge! Super clean and the bed was really soft. If I come back to savannah this is the hotel! From the outside it doesn’t have the same look as others around, but the moment you walk in the door you feel the service and treatment is going to be amazing.

It was an awesome experience at Hyatt Savannah! We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the view from the hotel bar, and the amenities provided. Will definitely be booking Hyatt again when we go to Savannah the next time.

For this location at Hyatt Regency Savannah be careful with the overcharging. I spent a few hours calling trip.com and the Hyatt. 1st They over charged 2nd They have a $25 per day destination charge not paid by trip.com 3rd They have no alternative but to valet park, and it is $40 per night. You will not find out until checkout. So add $65 dollars to every night stay to whatever trip.com charges. This was not stated on any of the booking or info.
