I want to share my recent experience at this hotel, which I regretfully cannot recommend. The hotel has an attractive location but is marred by a lack of basic amenities and poor customer service. During our six-night stay, we discovered on the second morning that there was no hot water. We informed the receptionist, Andy, but were met with a dismissive and rude attitude. We were informed that there would be no hot water for the rest of the day, and this lack of basic amenities was for a total of three days of the six days of our stay. Please note that according to California Civil Code §1940.2, it is the responsibility of the hotel to provide and maintain hot and cold running water for guests. To make matters worse, when we requested to check out early due to this issue, we were offered no refunds as our stay was prepaid on expedia. Expedia told us that the property was to decide while the property said it was expedia.. As I am a hotelier myself, I know it is the hotel’s call in the end. We were offered a shower facility in a separate building which was very inconvenient as we had to walk out of our building and take elevators to get there.. This was not a suitable alternative to the basic amenity that we had paid for. To add insult to injury, at time of check out, Andy offered us only $80 as a refund on a reservation worth over $1500, what a humiliating act, we could not believe it! Better not to offer anything, because really it is a shame to offer this to people.. We were one of the many customers to complain, and we saw that the receptionists had no sympathy towards anyone.. Yes, all businesses are there to make money, but not like this. What they did is close to stealing from someone! I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers, and I will continue to write on other platforms to warn people..

Me quedé hospedada 3 noches en una habitación femenina, camas en estilo cápsula. La habitación espacial y silencioso. El locker grande, siendo que cubierta mi maleta, bolsillo común y chaqueta. En cada piso tienen un salón con TV, microondas, helado, café y té a su disposición. La ubicación es excelente, cerca del mercado, transporte público y puntos turísticos a 20 minutos a pie. ¡Me encanta y recomiendo!

Qué hermoso hotel, ubicación perfecta: vistas impresionantes y a unos 25 minutos a pie del muelle de pescadores. El personal era encantador y servicial y la habitación era perfecta. Todo lo que pueda necesitar, extremadamente limpio y tranquilo. No dudaría en volver a alojarme aquí y definitivamente lo recomendaría.

Estaba aquí 2 noches y fue agradable sorprendido. Los precios son bastante asequibles considerando que está en San Francisco. La ubicación fue excelente. Reservé este hotel principalmente debido a su relativamente cercanía a la estación BART. El hotel está situado en el centro de Chinatown, en una zona bastante ocupada. No me sentí segura aquí, ni por la noche ni por la mañana, ya que siempre hay gente que se molestan de pensar en sus propios negocios. La habitación nos tocó en la 3a planta con vistas al sistema de calefacción y aire acondicionado🤦‍♀️No obstante, a pesar de esto, era bastante silenciosa y además te proporcionan tapones para los oídos, que no necesitamos usar. De resto, el hotel es fantástico, súper céntrico, muy buen ubicado, al lado de las mejores tiendas y si eres un turista, aún mejor, al lado de Macys y de una parada de un bus turístico, así que genial. Relación calidad/precio muy buena. Regalan agua y manzanas en recepción y además hay Happy Hour en el bar del hotel y te regalan un 2x1 al hacer el checkin

Este lugar es hermoso, está ubicado justo en el agua, al otro lado de la bahía de San Francisco. No solo hay una hermosa vista de la ciudad, sino que también se puede ver el puente de la bahía y el puente Golden Gate con mucha claridad. El hotel en sí ha sido renovado. Estaba muy limpio, nuestra habitación era cómoda y es asequible. Recomendaría una habitación con vista a la bahía. Hay un gran parque acuático al que está conectado el hotel, lo que permite realizar hermosos paseos y ver hermosas puestas de sol. Definitivamente recomendaría una estadía aquí.

Esta es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en este hotel. Podría quedarme aquí otra vez, pero no necesariamente diría que estaría feliz. Por otra parte, es fácil llegar desde I-80/580 y Berkeley/Oakland son bastante accesibles desde aquí. La habitación está muy bien equipada y limpia. Las camas son cómodas. En el lado menos, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, y no hay nada incluido con el precio básico. Aparte de estacionamiento es $25 adicional en una zona donde el robo de los coches estacionados es bastante alto. Si quieres desayuno antes de salir, prepárate para deshacerte de $28 para sentarse (presupuesto antes de impuestos), o $20 para el bufete.

Estuvimos en un viaje familiar de 10 días para descubrir la ciudad de San Francisco y el ”SF Bay Area” La intuición que tuvimos al principio, de un hotel en el margen de la ciudad, resultó mucho mejor de lo esperado. Desde Emeryville fue bastante sencillo ir a la ciudad de SF, todo el resto de la Bahía y sus alredededores. Al lado del hotel, queda el Centro Comercial ”Bay Street Emeryville” que está en pleno desarrollo, es bastante completo y tiene un teatro AMC Imax. Tuvimos un auto alquilado y algunas veces estacionamos en el hotel (gratis) y otras veces en el centro comercial (con cargo). El staff fue muy amable y nos ayudaron muy amablemente en cada requerimiento. En Emeryville también disfrutamos de tiendas y locales como Whole Foods, Target, y una vez fuimos a ”Rudy Can´t Fail” a desayunar. Los estudios de Pixar quedan en Emryville, y la Universidad de California-Berkeley queda muy cerca. Fue una excelente decisión pasar los días en este hotel. Muy linda zona y magnífica conexión para moverse a todas partes.

San Rafael! The perfect suburban/nature city to visit in California. It’s located in Marin County and is about a 40 min drive from San Francisco. San Rafael is the perfect city to explore (especially Civic Center or Downtown) or to make a pit stop if you are heading towards Sonoma/Napa County to do some wine tasting. If you do decide to stay in San Rafael, you should book your next stay at Fourpoints by Sheraton hotel! I got the pleasure in staying at the Four points by Sheraton hotel.When I first walked into the lobby, the staff Pesty and John were able to take care of me right away. They were Very nice a friendly at the front desk as I was checking into the hotel. They even are offering free cookies to guest at the hotel as well so that was a plus. After I was all checked in, I was able to be on the 4th floor which is the highest floor at the hotel. I got to stay in the modern Deluxe Guest room- 1 king bed During my stay. When I walked in my room the room was modern, casual room that was clean and all prepared for. The bathroom was also modern and clean as well with everything working. The most beautiful part about this room was the view. I can’t tell you how beautiful my view from my room was. It was so gorgeous that it looked like a million dollar view. You can see the beautiful pool patio including the palm trees and see the astonishing mountains of San Rafael . I highly reccomend staying at the fourth floor if you can facing the pool because you get to wake up in the morning to that incredible million dollar view. That is a major plus in my opinion. I wanted to highlight the pool patio at the hotel because I think it’s such as gorgeous area to look and be in. When you walk outside, there are a bunch of seating area where people can hangout and just relax. At night, what is so special about that area is there is a fire pit are where you can get yourself warm after a long day. The pool in general is a nice large pool with a hot tub and Four Points by Sheraton is known to have the largest pool patio in Marin County. People can just relax at the pool or go for a swim as well. Overall, this area has to be the nicest area at this hotel. Overall, if you are looking for a nice place to stay in San Rafael, I highly recommend staying here at Four Points by Sheraton. The views, the staff, the scenery, the cleanliness of the hotel was on point. If I’m ever in San Rafael again which is a huge yes, I would stay here agaian and you guys should book your stay at Four Points as well.
