I want to share my recent experience at this hotel, which I regretfully cannot recommend. The hotel has an attractive location but is marred by a lack of basic amenities and poor customer service. During our six-night stay, we discovered on the second morning that there was no hot water. We informed the receptionist, Andy, but were met with a dismissive and rude attitude. We were informed that there would be no hot water for the rest of the day, and this lack of basic amenities was for a total of three days of the six days of our stay. Please note that according to California Civil Code §1940.2, it is the responsibility of the hotel to provide and maintain hot and cold running water for guests. To make matters worse, when we requested to check out early due to this issue, we were offered no refunds as our stay was prepaid on expedia. Expedia told us that the property was to decide while the property said it was expedia.. As I am a hotelier myself, I know it is the hotel’s call in the end. We were offered a shower facility in a separate building which was very inconvenient as we had to walk out of our building and take elevators to get there.. This was not a suitable alternative to the basic amenity that we had paid for. To add insult to injury, at time of check out, Andy offered us only $80 as a refund on a reservation worth over $1500, what a humiliating act, we could not believe it! Better not to offer anything, because really it is a shame to offer this to people.. We were one of the many customers to complain, and we saw that the receptionists had no sympathy towards anyone.. Yes, all businesses are there to make money, but not like this. What they did is close to stealing from someone! I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers, and I will continue to write on other platforms to warn people..

Me quedé hospedada 3 noches en una habitación femenina, camas en estilo cápsula. La habitación espacial y silencioso. El locker grande, siendo que cubierta mi maleta, bolsillo común y chaqueta. En cada piso tienen un salón con TV, microondas, helado, café y té a su disposición. La ubicación es excelente, cerca del mercado, transporte público y puntos turísticos a 20 minutos a pie. ¡Me encanta y recomiendo!

Qué hermoso hotel, ubicación perfecta: vistas impresionantes y a unos 25 minutos a pie del muelle de pescadores. El personal era encantador y servicial y la habitación era perfecta. Todo lo que pueda necesitar, extremadamente limpio y tranquilo. No dudaría en volver a alojarme aquí y definitivamente lo recomendaría.

La habitación nos tocó en la 3a planta con vistas al sistema de calefacción y aire acondicionado🤦‍♀️No obstante, a pesar de esto, era bastante silenciosa y además te proporcionan tapones para los oídos, que no necesitamos usar. De resto, el hotel es fantástico, súper céntrico, muy buen ubicado, al lado de las mejores tiendas y si eres un turista, aún mejor, al lado de Macys y de una parada de un bus turístico, así que genial. Relación calidad/precio muy buena. Regalan agua y manzanas en recepción y además hay Happy Hour en el bar del hotel y te regalan un 2x1 al hacer el checkin

Excelente opción para estar cerca de todo, pequeño hotel con detalles que hacen de tu estadía una gran experiencia, lo recomiendo mucho, definitivamente me volvería a quedar. Está a sólo 25 min desde el aeropuerto y a pocos pasos de Union Square y Market St.( BART y Cable Car). Atención al detalle, ya que cada mañana encontrarás un set de té y café y maquina con agua filtrada. Habitación equipada, cama cómoda, baño pequeño pero con todo lo necesario.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente aunque es cierto que es algo ruidoso y la habitación daba a un patio interior, pero tras un día de turismo en el que llegas cansado no es demasiado relevante. Además, el trato que recibimos desde el primer momento por parte de Alejandro ha sido increíble, muy atento y amable. Gracias por todo.

Este lugar es hermoso, está ubicado justo en el agua, al otro lado de la bahía de San Francisco. No solo hay una hermosa vista de la ciudad, sino que también se puede ver el puente de la bahía y el puente Golden Gate con mucha claridad. El hotel en sí ha sido renovado. Estaba muy limpio, nuestra habitación era cómoda y es asequible. Recomendaría una habitación con vista a la bahía. Hay un gran parque acuático al que está conectado el hotel, lo que permite realizar hermosos paseos y ver hermosas puestas de sol. Definitivamente recomendaría una estadía aquí.

El personal del despacho frontal fue útil y nos encantó que tenían toallas y papel higiénico adicionales detrás del despacho frontal, de modo que no tendríamos que esperar a alguien para entregar esto a nuestra habitación. La mayoría de los hoteles han llevado camas suaves. El baño está bien diseñado, dado que es un pequeño espacio. Las luces brillantes y las paredes blancas con una ducha moderna me recuerda un baño de crucero deluxe. La mini microondas en la habitación es un bonito más porque el Trader Jo’s está a la calle. El estacionamiento gratuito es un más seguro. Y la zona de la sala de estar se siente como una mini sala de estar. En la noche, necesitas tu llave de hotel para pasear por las puertas de entrada delanteras y la llave de tapón para acceder al ascensor gran doble característica de seguridad que aprecié! Y el personal de la casa era realmente útil y amable.

San Rafael! The perfect suburban/nature city to visit in California. It’s located in Marin County and is about a 40 min drive from San Francisco. San Rafael is the perfect city to explore (especially Civic Center or Downtown) or to make a pit stop if you are heading towards Sonoma/Napa County to do some wine tasting. If you do decide to stay in San Rafael, you should book your next stay at Fourpoints by Sheraton hotel! I got the pleasure in staying at the Four points by Sheraton hotel.When I first walked into the lobby, the staff Pesty and John were able to take care of me right away. They were Very nice a friendly at the front desk as I was checking into the hotel. They even are offering free cookies to guest at the hotel as well so that was a plus. After I was all checked in, I was able to be on the 4th floor which is the highest floor at the hotel. I got to stay in the modern Deluxe Guest room- 1 king bed During my stay. When I walked in my room the room was modern, casual room that was clean and all prepared for. The bathroom was also modern and clean as well with everything working. The most beautiful part about this room was the view. I can’t tell you how beautiful my view from my room was. It was so gorgeous that it looked like a million dollar view. You can see the beautiful pool patio including the palm trees and see the astonishing mountains of San Rafael . I highly reccomend staying at the fourth floor if you can facing the pool because you get to wake up in the morning to that incredible million dollar view. That is a major plus in my opinion. I wanted to highlight the pool patio at the hotel because I think it’s such as gorgeous area to look and be in. When you walk outside, there are a bunch of seating area where people can hangout and just relax. At night, what is so special about that area is there is a fire pit are where you can get yourself warm after a long day. The pool in general is a nice large pool with a hot tub and Four Points by Sheraton is known to have the largest pool patio in Marin County. People can just relax at the pool or go for a swim as well. Overall, this area has to be the nicest area at this hotel. Overall, if you are looking for a nice place to stay in San Rafael, I highly recommend staying here at Four Points by Sheraton. The views, the staff, the scenery, the cleanliness of the hotel was on point. If I’m ever in San Rafael again which is a huge yes, I would stay here agaian and you guys should book your stay at Four Points as well.
