The accommodations were comfortable and thoughtfully designed to enhance our stay. Moreover, the delicious cuisine served at the resort added to the overall enjoyment of our trip. However, the standout feature of our time at the resort was the impeccable service provided by friendly and attentive staff. Their warm hospitality and willingness to cater to our needs made us feel welcomed and pampered throughout our stay. "What a charming place. While it is centrally located with shops and restaurants on your doorstep, the hotel feels surprisingly peaceful thanks to its expansive gardens with different places to sit and relax. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Gopal. It was immediately obvious that he genuinely cares about his guests and goes out of his way to make their stay special. He took the time to explain everything and was always happy to answer questions. Our bungalow-style room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom facilities were good, and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good on both mornings, and we also got our laundry done through the hotel. We did a half-day walking safari with Gopal and Som. It started with a canoe trip along the river, where we were able to see crocodiles from a safe distance! Throughout the walk, we felt completely safe in their hands and were impressed by their extensive knowledge of the jungle and wildlife. They were generous in sharing what they knew, which made the experience even more interesting. Later, we did a jeep safari with Som and saw rhinos in the wild, which was an incredible experience. While we felt the safari was a little long, seeing these animals in their natural habitat made it worthwhile. Speaking of rhinos, we just missed seeing two fighting rhinos in the hotel car park on our first evening! We booked directly with the hotel, and communication before our arrival was excellent. Mr Rijal Senior, the owner, was often around the property and took the time to chat with us. He has built a wonderful team, and Gopal, Som, and the rest of the staff are a real credit to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending Travellers Jungle Camp"

"One of the amazing hotel under budget at Sauraha. Initially, planned to stay for one night. However, after seeing the amazing hospitality, we decide to extend our stay to two days. The staffs are highly welcoming, the rooms are neat and clean with necessary amenities. The food was delicious. They also guided us for jungle safari, cultural program and overall guide to the chitwan and sauraha. If you are planning to visit sauraha, you can consider this as a choice for stay."

"The hotel owner must have visited hotels in China. The decor is completely in the style of Chinese hotel chains, but they've only scratched the surface, not grasped the essence. There are still many details that need improvement. Of course, the rooms are very clean, which should be more suitable for Chinese tastes. I especially want to praise the service, which was excellent. The food was delicious, and they even took us on a tour of the forest park. This hotel was the most satisfying experience of our trip to Nepal!"

Nada se hizo. Al hablar con otros huéspedes. Todas ellas tienen las mismas cuestiones El alimento es 2 opciones. 1 vegetariano y 1 opción de carne o pescado Pero nuestra principal cuestión era el ruido. Hay un club/bar que tocó música alta hasta las 02:00. Una vez terminado, los tres perros de los vecinos se han arrancado hasta el amanecer. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer."

"We had to include the Jungle Tower in our Chitwan National Park plans and I was greeted by Ranjan upon my inquiry. He was as responsive as he could be to my every question and change of plan. Ranjan arranged everything for us during our 3-day stay, including our trip to the Elephant reserve, drive and tour of a small village and trip to a cultural performance. He facilitated a full day of touring on a jeep, picked us up for lunch, then sent us off with sack dinners into the capable hands of Depok, our jungle guide. We canoed to our Tower in the Jungle, seeing birds, crocodiles and water buffalo. After walking to our Jungle Tower, we saw a pair of rhinos, apparently mating. Depok was a lovely, heart-filled and knowledgeable guide, making our Tower experience remarkable. After walking back during the sunrise, Ranjan picked us up and fed us one more delicious and huge meal before taking us to our bus. I would highly recommend a stay at Hotel Chitwan Park Village - the food was delicious and plentiful and we felt very well cared for by Ranjan."
