Premier Inn Ulverston

Problem checking in took about 40minutes but I think this was trip.com fault as wanted payment when I clearly showed it fully paid before hand. The place was clean and seemed new self check in machines not working and staff looked over worked and stressed. Breakfast was terrible as compared to other chains under cooked food and to be fair other guests being too greedy and taking all the breakfast items.

The hotel is modern, clean and located in a good spot to explore the town and 25 mins from Windermere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered to make me fresh poached eggs even though there were plenty on the breakfast counter. Free parking and a nice view of the river and lighthouse. Great value for money and the food was good for the prices. I would definitely stay again.

Conveniently placed near Booths supermarket/ Cafe. Short walk into town. This was quiet, comfy, and free parking close to the building.

Very good service especially from the bar staff mostly from Logen, who was so pleasant and helpful never stopped at a premier inn where the staff have been so friendly and helpful in every way would recommend the Ulverston premier inn top notch place to stay if in the Lake's

Great place to stay. A 5 minute walk to local supermarket for additional food and a 15 minute walk into Ulverston town centre, very handy. A short car drive to many local attractions.

Great welcome from friendly staff, nice room as standard for premier inn. Good location for the south lakes zoo with good places to eat nearby. Huge extra was the goody bag left for our daughter, it really made her stay. Fully recommend this hotel.

Party of 6 arrived before check in time 2.30 check in 3 pm had three rooms all paid £10 each early check in fee only to find 1 room not cleaned key for second room not working. Didn’t sleep great as room just had a smell of bleach? Came back at night thought we would have a drink in bar staff on duty said he was going to clean the lines so couldn’t serve asked for a gin stool couldn’t accommodate which gin comes out of a pump? All in all found staff certainly weren’t accommodating or helpful

Very friendly and helpful staff, were busy in making everything run smoothly. Room lovely and clean. The food in the restaurant was very impressive and the general organisation of the hotel was spot on, even made efforts to talk to my daughter and just generally friendly.
