Unknowingly we were given an upstairs room and were informed there was not an elevator. The stairs were steep and the walkways were very uneven, causing difficulty in reaching the room. At night the area was not well litl The room was fairly large, but there was no door on the wardrobe, no clock, no radio and no telephone. Not even a biscuit to have with our coffee. We were expected to use a QR code to familiarize ourselves with the amenities. The bed was comfortable. The shower was over a spa, and required dexterity to get into the spa. I have no idea how one would get out. As we are both very senior citizens it was therefore impossible for us to have a shower. The room was very uninspiring and dull, and the bathroom looked dated, although the taps were modern!! For the cost of $241.20 we were very disappointed in the hotel and the lack of amenities. All the staff members we encountered were very friendly and efficient.

No podemos recomendar este motel para un estancia de más de una noche. Reservamos por 1 semana y pagamos 169 dólares por noche. El servicio de habitaciones ocurrió una vez en esa semana.Pedí que los bins se vacían diariamente a d toallas frescas diariamente, ya que el tiempo era frío y húmedo y las toallas no se secaron.Los bins se vacían 3 veces y una piel de plátano se retiró pero el bin no se vacía en el 4o No se han producido cambios en la cama o en la cama durante la semana.No había jardín neto sobre la ventana, por lo que para la privacidad el ciego tenía que ser arrastrado y la luz en.No había almacenes de arrastre o lámparas de lado. La cama estaba cómoda y el aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso era adecuado.El baño y la ducha no parecían limpios, pero la piscina se limpió 3 veces. Nos decepcionamos y no tenemos la misma experiencia.

Había una hermosa botella de vino de esparcimiento y un bloque de chocolate en la habitación, así como todo lo que necesitaba para el desayuno - bacon, tostadas, una variedad de cereales, frutas frescas y tazas de mesa, yogur, zumo de naranja, leche, espagueti y harinas de pastel y una variedad de dispersiones. Visitamos vinos y quesos productores, nos llevamos frutas, nos imos al Parque del Lago Emerald y al Santuario Healesville, pero tanto mi marido como yo estamos de acuerdo en que nuestra parte favorita del viaje fue disfrutar del vino brillante y quesos y crackers en el día. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad.

Our stay was OK in as much as the bed and bathroom were acceptable for the price. - when the price is $125 or so. The trick is while they advertise $125 a night, Friday and Saturday night the prices goes off the scale. So read your proposal, even if you're in a rush. There are lot better rooms around at around $200 or more. We stayed 4 nights and extended another - a Saturday. (Family matters nearby). The gentleman said $120 for the extra night but when I got my statement it was $189! It was then I realised I was charged that for Friday too. Re-educated in touch and go and not bothering with the receipt. Sure these prices are not exorbitant in this day an age - for a reasonable establishment. While in the room the basics were reasonable, the room had a toaster and microwave but no bread plates or cutlery, only small bowls. Asked at reception and was give some disposable cutlery and pasta bowls . Great for toast! Apparently people keep stealing them or breaking them. So charge them and have something reasonable for reasonable people! The door didn't latch either without a heft with your shoulder and then caught only by millimetres. The chain was on and the chairs in place, don't worry. The room was only serviced once during our stay after we asked. The garbage truck came at 4.00Am or so and emptied multiple skips just nearby (on the premises) with all the beeping and backing, hydraulic whining, and diesel roaring you'd probably accept at $120 odd dollars a night, but really? My partner was ready to walk in the first five minutes with her usual abuse of my miserliness. As you might have guessed, the pricing issue is what really gets up nose. The rest you probably expect and accept for a cheaper deal. But next time we're near Lilydale we may well pay $189 but we'll be looking for $189 value.

Excellent, well worth a visit. I was on the sixth floor and found the stay very quiet. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Coles, Woolworths and Aldi are just a short walk away. There is a restaurant downstairs that provides an excellent array of meals and drinks.

Our 1 bedroom villa was clean and spacious overlooking the large pond that contained various water birds and at least 5 frog species that we could hear calling into the night. Breakfast (eggs, bacon, bread, juice, cereal) a bottle of wine and chocolate were in the villa when we arrived. The restaurant was also of high standard. All staff, at reception and in the restaurant were efficient and friendly. I'd love to stay again for the view over the pond with the vineyard in the background, the large, clean villa, comfortable bed, large shower and the sound of the frogs in the evening. Only thing I'd like to see improved is the showerhead which was of a standard I'd expect to find in a budget motel.
