Great location near Sapporo station with large spacious rooms. The Japanese set breakfast is fantastic.

Hotel location and staff are very good. But being an older building, the room wasn't very clean. Passable, but not to the standard of most Japanese hotels. The food is also OK, not great.

Nice location near to Odori park , bus stop close to hotel easy to access to airport .

It is located in the centre of Sapporo City. 10 minutes walk North you will find JR Sapporo Station and 10 minutes South you will find the busy commercial district of Susukino. If you are travel from the airport, the airport Liner bus stop is right in front of the hotel but the journey will take more than 90 minutes as there are quite a few stops before arriving at the hotel. Room is clean and tidy. Be sure to book the breakfast if available. It costs 3300Yen if pay separately at the hotel but the breakfast at the Northern Terrace is one of the best buffet breakfast I have ever tasted.

Is good hotel with excellent location, I will be back next visit.

Location and service - great. But there was an odour. As soon as you open the door, you can smell it. Couldn't put our finger on it, but it wasn't pleasant. We went out for a couple of hours and left the window open to air out the room. May not stay there again, unfortunately. Service, of course, was great and towel system smart. 2 people staying there and they are coloured labelled different to one another. Buffet breakfast was yum too. Our little 6 month old slept with us in the bed as the room wouldn't be big enough for a travel cot.
