Muy buen hotel.

Excellent Stay - Super Convenient Location and Services! This was our second time staying at ANA Crowne Plaza Sapporo, and it was just as great as before. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel, which makes travel super easy, and there’s also a car rental counter on the B1 floor — very convenient for road trips. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Sapporo Station and close to restaurants and convenience stores. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Airport bus drop right off at the hotel and is cheaper than using train. Just round the block is the bus stop for Jozankei Onsen (¥790/trip). It’s 10-15mins walk to Susukino , Ramen alley and Tanjukiko shopping alley. Breakfast has choice of buffet or Japanese breakfast set at basement Japanese restaurant. Room is a bit old but comfy enough. Housekeeping don’t provide shower caps, combs as typical of Japanese amenities. Only tooth brush is provided

Love this place, good location and front desk staff very helpful and friendly. 10mins walk from the Sapporo station. I will recommend to stay this hotel.

Location: Unbeatable. An easy sub-10-minute walk to Sapporo JR Station, even with a 30" and a 20" suitcase. Room Size & Design: Perfectly adequate and smartly designed. The inclusion of both a full-height mirror and a medium-sized wall mirror at the desk was brilliant for makeup. Coffee Amenities: Above and beyond! The room had instant coffee, creamer, and sugar, plus a Nespresso machine. They generously provide 6 capsules per day (we enjoyed 12 capsules over our 2-night stay). Verdict: A top choice for convenience, comfort, and a quality caffeine fix in Sapporo.

Arrived late from the evening flight, the staff Ishikawa San was super friendly and helpful to sort out my transportation for the next day with other resort hotel in Niseko.  The room was a bit small if you’re bringing more than two big luggages but for me it’s totally fine as I’m traveling alone.  A bit far from the Sapporo station however the room is clean and even has a bathtub in the toilet.  Very good value for the price. Will definitely come back !

Good location , where is easy to assess from JR Sapporo station 500 meters . The room is not big like typical Japan style , however the staff is friendly and well helped .

Professional staff team, very friendly up to the Japanese & Crowne Plaza brand. Happy with the stay, will come & stay again, likely will opt for bigger size room type.

Location is about 10 min walk from Sapporo train station and 10 min walk from the main shopping area. Room has a good amount of space in the main area and the toilet as well.

While this hotel offered a reasonably spacious room for my business trip, the overall experience was deeply disappointing and concerning due to significant housekeeping failures and poor service recovery. The primary issue was unacceptable housekeeping standards. Upon entering my room after the initial cleaning, I was shocked to find disposable cleaning gloves left on the chair and a discarded robe. This immediately raised serious doubts about whether the room had been properly cleaned or sanitized at all. Finding items clearly belonging to housekeeping staff is a major hygiene red flag. I promptly called the front desk. A staff member came to collect the gloves and robe and offered a brief, on-the-spot apology. However, that was the only response. No manager followed up, no explanation was ever provided regarding how such a fundamental breach of cleaning protocol occurred, and no reassurance was given about the room's actual cleanliness. This lack of accountability was troubling. The service failure continued at checkout. When I mentioned the incident to the front desk staff, they appeared completely unaware of the situation, reinforcing the feeling that my concerns were dismissed and not taken seriously. The absence of any follow-through or communication from management after the initial incident demonstrated a distinctly indifferent and uncaring attitude. While the room size was adequate, the facilities felt quite outdated and worn, adding to the overall negative impression.

Came here directly from New Chitose airport. Staff were very helpful when asked assistance for my friend who had anaphylaxis, they booked a taxi for us to get to the hospital after checking in smoothly. Booked twin room in lower floors, room was dimly lit, and opposite JR Hospital, so we can hear the ambulance sirens coming and going. Wash room was a bit dated. Housekeeping provides complementary bottled water even if you skipped having your room cleaned. Seico mart and souvenir shop within same building. Hotel near Sapporo station and walking distance from Odori park, Sapporo Clock tower and TV tower. Staff were very attentive to your needs.

A very convenient hotel with great hospitality. The room is spacious and near to JR station. The staffs are very polite either.

The Ana Crown Plaza is in a good location, only minutes walk to the Sapporo train station, the subway station and Odori Park.

Very comfortable and tourist friendly western style hotel in the heart of Sapporo (near station)! The staff was very welcoming. Highly recommend staying here! They also offered breakfast and luggage storage.
