La única palabra para describirlo es sucio y caótico. ¡La habitación es completamente diferente a las fotos! La pintura se está descascarando del techo, el lavabo no desagua y hay telarañas por todas partes. ¡Es absolutamente repugnante!

Respuesta del alojamiento: Estimado huésped, usted reservó tres habitaciones. Dado que llegó antes de tiempo, las habitaciones aún no se habían cancelado y solo las más caras (la más barata que reservó) estaban listas. A thoughtfully decorated hotel that is clean and located very centrally near a bus stop, pharmacies, street food, shopping centre and even a hospital. Had a very nice stay.

The woman at the reception is super nice and helped me a lot. Once I arrived, I saw a big rat at the corridor and complained about it. They said it was coming from the first floor and if I wanted I could check out and they would proceed with the reimbursement. The next day, they upgraded me to a better room. I really appreciated it. Thank you for everything and for being so comprehensive!

Terrible experience. No hot water. I didn't get the room I booked. The room I got looked like someone's closet, a thin mattress on the floor is all I got. Door wouldn't open with keycard. Only the staff could open it. Felt more dormitory than hostel, hotel or even inn.

A small Family operated hotel in the heart of Sanya. Very clean and quiet. A store located on the first floor 24/7 if you need anything. Ten minutes walking to the beach and a huge supermarket along the way. About 45 RMB from the airport via taxi.

It's quite nice! It's a family hotel on the third floor of a building. The rooms are nicely decorated. The windows are a bit strange though.. Very clean and helpful staff.

Everything was nice and pleasent. Room is small but everything is there. Book mattress and clean amenities. Location is very central, lots of shops, places to eat and shopping malls. Beach is 5-7mins walking.

I found this hotel on the same day, after deciding to leave a hostel where the hygiene conditions were far from ideal. I arrived an hour before the regular check-in time, yet they still welcomed me into a beautiful room—perfectly furnished and, above all, exceptionally clean. The cleanliness was impeccable, and it’s just one of the many positive aspects of this hotel. They provided towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, and the shampoo was wonderfully fragrant and of excellent quality. During my stay, I experienced some health issues (I won’t go into details), but the owners helped me immensely. They also offer luggage storage and package reception services. The location is central and just a five minutes walk from the main Sanya beach. I felt at home even though I was on the other side of the world, and I don’t think there’s anything better than that.
