Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Villas & Resort

El hotel se veía genial cuando llegamos, después de llegar a la villa, el olor a moho, humedad y humo era muy malo. Llamé a la recepción y les dije que procedieron a decirme que era una villa libre de humo a pesar de que había ceniceros por toda la habitación y un letrero que decía no fumar en la cama. Eventualmente se mudó, solo para d**** cuenta de que el baño no funcionaba, llamó a recepción y les dijo a las 7 am. ¡Llamé al viaje para preguntar, finalmente, nadie vino a ordenar el baño, volvió a la recepción y nos trasladaron a la villa nuevamente! La próxima vez leeré las otras reseñas en diferentes sitios web de servicios. Me cambiaron a una villa más grande que nuevamente tenía moho, humedad y olía a humo. Hacia el final de las vacaciones no teníamos agua caliente. No me quedaría de nuevo. Lo único positivo fue la piscina privada.

I loved my stay here. 2nd time to stay. It was very peaceful. I was so relaxed I ordered room service not something I usually do. Spaghetti bolognese could use some improvement. 😊 filter coffee in the morning could also be a helpful addition at breakfast. Coffee machines a little slow for lots of people. I’m sure I’ll be back.

Friendly service, nice bedroom and pretty close to the beach. Only one swimming pool was open though…

Overall, the hotel is charming, and has a very good point in it's food and beverage service, breakfast is great, and Dinner options too. The location is great, close to the beach and to the forest Park. Sadly the only weakness is the Staff, mostly not english speaking, and sometimes not very reactive on problem solving. As many Say, the interior is a bit old, but clean, comfy, and very well designed. We have been upgrade for the last night to the Villa, which is really the true gem of the hotel.

We spend almost all weekends in this hotel since December. And there is no any disadvantages of this place. I travelled a lot and I have the pool of international hotels to compare with. All staff is so friendly and ready to help (especially Karen and Andrew- we do really appreciate their help and support). The hotel is the best combination of price and quality. Definitely the place where we are going to return back many times!

Stayed in a villa with its own pool, so relaxing and comfortable. The hotel was pretty clean. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of western food, they had nice variety of breads, croissants, cheese, salami, eggs, etc.. and had a nice coffee machine to make lattes and expresso. The beach is just across the street and only takes a few minutes to walk over. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Всём здравствуйте! Долго выбирали пляж и отель, остановили свой выбор на Pullman. Сам отель имеет большенство вилл, расположенных на довольно большой территории. Номера всего в двух корпусах. Людей много, но тихо и спокойно. Наш номер был на первом этаже с выходом в бассейн, что очень удобно и рано утром и вечером. Номер большой, терраса, лежачем, пара ступенек и бассейн. Бассейн достаточно большой, плавали на сапе, правда стоя на коленях. Уборка неплохая, горничные чаевые не берут. Завтраки отличные, есть блюда европейской кухни. Отель находится на второй линии, до моря идти минут 15-20. Рядом с отелем есть где покушать, но мы ездили на площадь Ялунбей, там и выбор побогаче, и цены демократичнее. Рекомендую!

Very nice area, quick to get to the beach. But a bit noisy from the road

I stayed at the villa for 3 nights. The food market is very closed to the villa by 5 minutes on foot. There is calm and peaceful place therefore really good to heal with family. Specially the volla expense is strong cheap and efficiancy is really good. I want to recommand 2 rooms villa for familly.

The only issue I had was I put the "do not disturb" sign and was asleep. I was awaken by noise in my room. The roomkeeper was cleaning the room with me sleeping in the bed. And switched off my "do not disturb" sign. The next day again I had a "do not disturb" sign but was out. I did not need cleaning. When I came back to the room, the room was cleaned. I don't understand what's the point of these signs when the roomkeepers do not bother about it? It's an invasion of privacy.
