Santorini Crystal Blue was in a nice location -- right at Kamari beach -- it felt very personal -- service and staff were excellent - very helpful with transportation to the airport -- they printed boarding passes for us - highly recommend

Amazing boutique property, amazing team from reception, to the bar and breakfast team through to the cleaning team and amazing weather from October 8.5 days of glorious sunshine 0.5 day of cloud and rain

The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Someone came from several blocks away to help with our luggage transfer from taxi to hotel. We had booked excursions already, but next time would definitely book at the hotel - better prices and options. Their beach access and beach chairs are reserved for hotel guests and they offer service on the beach, which made the days very relaxing. They also have a lot of knowledge about the coming and goings of the guests which made us feel safe and taken care of. The manager made rounds to make sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to staying there again!

We just returned from our trip at Santorini Crystal Blue, and we couldn’t be happier! Everything and everyone were amazing. This trip was our honeymoon, and the hotel staff went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing time! We definitely did not want to leave. Thank you so much everyone at Crystal Blue for a trip of a lifetime!! :)

Staff are excellent, really go the extra mile from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. Kamari beach is a fully pedestrian area with access to the main ***** via a short walk from the main road running through Kamari. This is both lovely in terms of safety and creates a bit of a chore in dragging cases from the taxi drop off point to the front of hotel. Fortunately the hotel staff met us to take our cases both directions to take away that stress for us. This was very typical of their mantra of - “your only job is to relax, our job is to take care of everything else”. From that point quite literally every need was catered for - beach loungers moved into the sun / shade, plentiful cocktails brought to the lounger, kids looked after a the pool with lunch and soft drinks etc. absolutely lovely. So far as location, hotel entrance right onto the beach, pool is 25m away from that, 50+ restaurants and bars immediately on the doorstep, located towards the quiet end of Kamari beach but plenty of options with a short walk to a more lively nightclub or bar for karaoke and drinks.

Everything was really good except for room which had very limited light including small patio area which had overgrown tree over it so not really able to sit in it comfortably. Manager was not at all helpful when we asked for room with more light even though next day someone moved out of room opp which had more light and he could have moved us in there. He just wasnt prepared to listen or think about changing room which me and my 80 year old mother had to accept. As the hotel knew, we were out there to scatter my brother’s ashes so i wanted everything to be right. In the mornings, even with windows open as far they would go, because of darkness from overgrown tree, we had to put on main light in kitchen area to see how much milk we were putting in our tea. No exaggeration. My Mum just didnt want to sit in the room even to rest so spent her 'rest' periods just out on restaurant seats instead. Its room Zeta or "Z" on the ground floor so unless you want a bit of a cave experience, ask not to be placed in that room. Apart from this pretty big disappointment at dark room and manager's unwillingness to even consider other options to make this quite emotional trip a better one, i would recommend the setting of this place, the fact pool is set off to the side and not overlooked by passers by as are pools at other places, the cleanliness and helpfulness of the rest of the staff.

Nasso the manager and his crew, made our stay at Santorini Crystal Blue our best vacation ever, room were spacious, clean, quite, anything we needed was provided right away; breakfast was excellent, the crew was always attentive, courteous and professional. The restaurant was great!, we’ve tried all the options!thank you guys from the Landelius family!
