The staff are very friendly and nice. We arrived the hotel early around 10am, the staff is so welcoming that allowed us to check in early and offered us free drinks. The hotel environment is tidy and clean. I really enjoy it!

Hermoso apartamento, bien ubicado, fuera de todo caos, hermosa pileta y vista.
Me hubiera gustado que los niños, hijos, del personal que usaban las instalaciones, pileta sobre todo, no tuvieran tantas ganas de hablar con los huéspedes siendo que iba a relajarme y no a charlar de mi vida con desconocidos que no paraban de hacer preguntas.
Fuera de eso excelente todo

Todo ha sido maravilloso, desde los desayunos con vistas a la piscina en un entorno superagradable, hasta la habitación con jacuzzi muy amplia ,con camas muy cómodas y muy bien decorada. El hotel tiene aparcamiento y es una gran ventaja para dejar el coche de alquiler. Todo el personal es muy atento y amable y te ayuda en lo que puedas necesitar. Está muy cerca de todas las ciudades importantes y es una gran ventaja aloj**** aquí ya que en ciudades como Oía o la capital Fira es muy difícil acceder con maletas a los hoteles porque tienen caminos muy estrechos y muy empinados. Es un sitio ideal para visitar la isla y poder relaj**** en un sitio tranquilo. Hay que destacar también que todo está limpisimo y nuevo. Muchísimas gracias a Katherina y a todo el equipo que trabaja allí. Somos Santiago, Marlene y Olaya y pasamos 6 días maravillosos en este hotel.

First there was no amenities inside the room no chair/coffee/tea/or a cup in the room/bath looks it belong in a prison/staff was invisible if you want anything/very impersonal upon arrival.Breakfast was limited.The management seemed to emphasize on the appearance but zero convenience for the guest..Not to be seen nor heard was the impression..Wouldnt recommend! Overly priced what you are getting and not close to anything..

Staff was very hospitable, felt like home , super quiet. Amazing Breakfast, super close to the ocean . Felt protective since I travel alone . Housekeeper very attentive and fast . Room very clean . Slept like a child . Will come back to this hotel again .

Katerina was very helpful. She was always ready for us. She even got us taxis to move around, whenever we needed. The other staff members were also very friendly and helpful. Thank you Amethyst staff for making us feel like home during our time there.

The property is quiet but a little far from bus stop or center of Oía. Reception staff is friendly. Good to have breakfast included.

Everything was perfect. The hotel was perfect and beautiful. The location is just a little bit far from Oia center ( 10min with car and 44min walk) but if you want a quiet place with a beautiful view it’s the place
