We booked the double room with the caldera view. For the cost it did seem too good to be true. As it turned out we were delighted and would not hesitate to return. The view from the balcony is excellent. Maria looked after us. She is a friendly and very nice lady. Nothing was too much trouble to make sure our stay was perfect. The only downside was the bathroom was small and floor slippy, so beware if you have mobility issues. However, Santorini is full of steps so ...? As I've said, we would not hesitate to return.

We don't have any complaints. Maria Lourdes made our stay really pleasant. The rest of the employees were spectacular and super attentive. For price, quality, cleanliness, the best.

An amazing room with friendly staff, an amazing view, and a Mama Mia vibe! We LOVED staying here, enjoyed the food in the restaurant, the little shops, and the beauty of Santorini.

Excellent location right in the very front of the famous Oia walk. The room with balcony facing Caldera was excellent. Maria was lovely and very helpful she’s always around if you need something. The room and toilet are Always clean. Had a bit of chat with nikos(Owner)while waiting for our taxi to airport he’s such a very informative person with regards the brief history of Santorini. I highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in October 2021. It’s a family run business, we found all the staff very friendly and helpful, especially Maria. The views from the balcony were stunning to say the least! The room was great, we had everything we needed. Fantastic bakery 90 yards away to collect morning coffees and pastry’s from. Only a 10/15 min walk to the end of Oia/castle ruins to watch the beautiful sunrise or sunset. We would definitely return to Stelios Rooms as it was EXCELLENT value for money considering where you are in Santorini and the prices of surrounding hotels. Yes, you don’t have the luxury that you’d get if you spent 5 or 10 times the amount of money, but you have a fantastic base with a balcony to match most views in Oia. Thank you to Stelios Rooms

Chambre calme et confortable, avec sa petite terrasse comme partout à Santorin, très agréable pour dîner.
Hotel très bien situé, avec une possibilité de parking dans un terrain quelque peu négligé mais très pratique !
Excellent accueil de Maria, très sympathique.
