El hotel está en una buena ubicación con una gran vista. La ubicación no fue fácil de encontrar cuando fui por primera vez, pero lo recordé después de regresar varias veces. Puedes ver el amanecer y no está lejos de donde puedes ver el atardecer. Puede comunicarse con la recepción por teléfono, agregar la información de contacto a la recepción y reservar traslados al aeropuerto con anticipación. El servicio de recepción es muy bueno. Puede pedirle a la recepción que le pida a un botones que mueva su equipaje. entrar y salir. La habitación era de tamaño mediano y estaba razonablemente limpia. Hay muchos tipos de desayuno y se entregarán en la habitación. En general es una buena elección.

The location is good and the staff is responsive and helpful. We are happy to stay here. The sea view of the room is excellent with the jacuzzi. The breakfast is also good. Highly recommended!

The hotel room is spacious. The location is a bit hard to find at first as the route from Google map is not reliable. The day I checked in is a bit busy, so it was not easy to find a staff to handle my inquires. The hot bath of the room next door is not working and the staff just told them to use mine directly. The room is quite dark, I even needed to use the torch from my phone when I showered.

The hotel’s location is quite down the cliff, a lot of stairs. The photos of trip.com didn’t match our room and was completely different, we asked for a room change, although our request was met, we were met with some annoyed faces. After the room change, we found that our room’s lock was broken and couldn’t be locked from the outside, we called someone from reception to try fix it when we left for dinner. After we returned, no one updated us on the situation of the lock, and the key was just left inside with our belongings. Although the staff tried to be nice, you can clearly see their rolled-eyes and annoyed faces from different problems and no tips.

The view is spectacular, you can see the 3 blue domes but with good privacy as well. The location is good too as it’s close to Main Street. The staff is excellent and very friendly, they help us to carry the luggages. There are many option for the breakfast. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

비수기에 간 두카토였는데, 완벽했습니다 오히려 관광객이 없는 닐 산토리니의 아름다움을 즐길수있었던거 같아요 매니저님과 조식배달까지 넘좋았어요

ロケーションはとても良かったです！ ホテルの位置が分かりにくく迷ってしまったので、事前に荷物を運んでもらうように予約しておくのがおすすめです。

Une prétendu suite avec jacuzzi… plutôt une baignoire recouverte, le petit déjeuner est désastreux, pas bon du tout c’est en chambre on vous l’amène dans un plateau vraiment pas bon l’accueil est sympa les jeunes qui viennent vous chercher sont kool mais la directrice Anna est limite insolente quand on lui a demander de nous changer de chambre parce que ça ne correspondait pas à ce qu’on avait choisi elle a été désagréable… bref l’emplacement est génial mais l’hôtel n’est pas bien du tout un cafard a été retrouvé dans ma chambre le dernier jour …. Bref une cata

산토리니 이아마을은 여러 프라이빗 풀이 있는 호텔이 여러곳있지만 두카토는 관광객들이 거의 오지않는 끝쪽에 있어서 조용한 곳에 있습니다. 풀에서 바라보는 이아마을은 환상적이었어요! 담당자 분들도 너무 친절하시고 다음에 산토리니에 가면 다시한번 가고싶은 곳 입니다!

場所は良いですが、サービスや朝食ががっかりです I really wanted to like this place, but a few things made my stay frustrating – mostly due to the young woman at reception who clearly didn’t know what she was doing. 1. Luggage left in the heat – I left my bags with the front desk, expecting them to be stored properly. Instead, they were left outside in the blazing sun, and food souvenirs (like chocolate) inside were completely ruined. 2. Wrong breakfast + eggshells – Breakfast was supposed to be made-to-order, but I got something totally different from what I asked for. And to make it worse, the eggs had pieces of shell in them. 3. Laundry not dried – I asked them to dry some clothes for me, but when I went to pick them up, they were still just as wet as before – like nothing had been done. Honestly, the hotel itself wasn’t bad, but the service really needs improvement. Hopefully they train their staff better in the future.

酒店位置很好，維護得不錯，服務人員專業熱心，尤其是前台Natha，即使淡季也能提供高質量服務。美中不足的是淡季Oia整體的配套設施，唯一一家營業的餐廳在第三天也關門了，啃了兩天麪包.....
