WORSE customer service ever, only interested in money , Don't answer calls or mails, Hotel offered Voucher but then no further contact , took 630 euro and refused to engage, Please don't book here ,avoid

This place is fantastic value for money! We stayed for 5 nights from may 16th. The place is the most clean hotel I’ve ever stayed in, very modern. Lovely clean pool with free towels for sunbeds. The rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels and sheets, beds are so so comfy. The hotel is central to everything and 2 mins walk from centre shops, bars, restaurants etc...Caldera view only 4-5 mins walk away to the top of the hill! Overall loved our stay here and would go back anytime and will Be recommending to others. Only thing was there was no iron in the room but hotel has ones you can use for free. Bad service, we had a terrible experience. On the evening of June 8th we booked a week in the deluxe hotel rest boutique and a few minutes after the booking confirmation we realized that we had booked for 2023 instead of 2022. As soon as we realized the mistake we made we decided to write an email to customer service but no one answered us, not even in the following days even though we had tried to contact the structure repeatedly, even by telephone. It's been two days and we still haven't received any response. Staff completely absent, not recommended for everyone.

This hotel looks nice but has many issues. First the shower is either piping hot or cold. There also isnt a door closing the shower so the whole bathroom gets soaked and doesnt dry. The bedding is just a loose sheet that doesnt even get tucked in. I also got sprayed with water multiple times from my balcony as they were cleaning on the roof. The pool area is fine but only has 5 tanning chairs. Overall just disappointed and expected more.

Got to say when our holiday was cancelled due to Covid we were pleased and grateful to the hotel for allowing us to changes dates twice so that we could have our holiday. However after arriving and being transferred by the hotel itself to the hotel, we were then told we were required to pay again as the hotel had new owners! We had been in touch with the hotel weeks before our arrival to check the reservation and transfer was still ok to put our kinds at rest as the hotel had been difficult to contact with ******* also finding it difficult to communicate with the hotel. Again we were reassured as ******* had paid the hotel but upon arrival we were told it was to the previous owners and the current owners wanted us to pay. Had they advised us of this we would have booked elsewhere before arriving and now having unplanned expenses! They even sent us to their sister hotel saying they had no rooms available at the Deluxe Rest Boutique Hotel even though looking on different sites they did and were half the price we paid. Due to this we left Santorini to stay in different hotel on a different island as this had left a bad taste in our mouths. Why could they just have told us we needed to pay again before making the journey.

Because of serious illness we had to cancel our holiday but hotel promised to give Voucher for value of holiday, but then for some reason they stopped mailing, unanswered calls and emails, also not answering to *********** ,Shocking PR

This hotel is by far the best choice we made with hotel choice for Fira! The rooms are on the smaller side but such good value for money. They are modern and kept immaculately clean with beds changed everyday and fresh towels everyday. The beds are so so comfortable. Really central to all the bars and restaurants. Caldera view only 5 mins walk up a small hill. The pool area is so clean and has free towels for the sunbeds. Overall we had a great stay and the staff were really friendly. If I was going to have a moan it would be there is no iron Im the room but there is a hairdryer! Thanks deluxe rest boutique for a lovely stay!

:) - This hotel you can tell is new as it’s rather modern but excellently done, even down to colour schemes. Very clean with a beautiful bathroom. Very comfy beds (including the mattress, duvet and pillows). Lovely little balcony’s and of course the pool area is stunning. I love how they have an electronic doorbell with ‘clean my room’ or ‘do not disturb’ - very well done. :( - The only few things I would say that would be negative is that there is no dim light in the bedroom so if you want to read at night and wind down you have to have the full bright side light on. Aswell as you can hear your neighbours down to when they brush their teeth at bedtime. It’s also a shame they don’t have any food here, I would stay by the pool for longer in the day if there was food. We did also have no hot water but as soon as we told the lady on reception it was sorted.
