West East Suites is one of the most amazing places I have stayed! West East Suites is about 0.8 miles from the center of Imerovigli and located between Fira and Oia in Santorini. During your stay at West East Suites you will experience both the sunrise and sunset from one location! This location is breathtaking and you won’t have to go though crowded areas to experience the beauty of the Santorini Sunrise and the famous Sunset. You will be able to experience it from the balcony with the pool, your room and/or the FlyAway Creative Restaurant. The room was amazing! We had Breakfast in our room (one day at the restaurant). We loved the private heated pool with a spectacular view. The delicious FlyAway Creative Restaurant was steps outside of our room. The views were incredible. There was also easy access to the coastal walkway! West East Suites was wonderful the place is beautiful! I have to say the staff made our stay! You can feel the kindness and genuine positivity from them! The team at West East Suites make you feel like family! Effie and Fay welcomed us right away with kindness, smiles, chilled towels and delicious, refreshing lemonade upon our arrival and after our travels it was exactly what we needed! They went out of their way for us the entire stay and set us up with the best wine tour on the island. The FlyAway Creative Restaurant is delicious. The views are not only unbelievable, they are truly unforgettable regardless of rain (it rarely rains in Santorini but just in case, you have reservations 🙂) or shine it is beautiful! The Staff are amazing! Chris was the best! His kindness, knowledge, professionalism and passion for his profession shine through. Chris shared his knowledge of wine, assisted us in choosing the perfect wine and blew us away! We were also able to meet the owners who were just as kind! Book here! You will love your stay and most importantly your memories!

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved our stay. The service was excellent, the food from the restaurant was fantastic and the view of the caldera was lovely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet stay in Santorini. I think the only improvement that could be made is better ventilation in the bathroom but that is a minor point that would not impact my decision to stay again.

The staff from receptionist, house keeping to servers were always nice & friendly. Great view of the sunset right outside our room. The trail is right behind the hotel, great location.

Our stay at West East Suites really couldn’t have been any better. We went for our anniversary and upon checkin were told we’d been upgraded - the room was absolutely gorgeous, with an outdoor hot tub and caldera views. Staff are all wonderful and so helpful, and the hotel is beautiful and spotless. There were so many lovely touches that we appreciated so much, like a little gift upon checkout and snacks in the room upon arrival. Food at the restaurant is truly sublime. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had, so fresh and so much choice. Dinner at the Fly Away restaurant was incredible - on the expensive side but worth it (order the cod!) The infinity pool is lovely, and the hotel is in the perfect location for walking - we enjoyed walking to Fira and Oia each day. We can’t wait to return! Thank you for such a wonderful week away.

This hotel is away from the charming but extremely busy towns of Thira, Oia or Imerovigli albeit only a short walk from the latter. Yet it still enjoys the classic caldera views and a premium sunset viewing venue. It's small and boutique in style and very modern. The Fly Away restaurant is one of the best on the island and all staff (emphasise all) were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotels with classic Santorini views are not cheap but this is not at the top of that scale by any means. Most if not all of the rooms have terraces and tubs/pools but many are not that private (the exec suites seem the most discreet) if that is what you are looking for. Recommended

No idea how they got so many 10 ratings. Stayed in a suite with the smallest bathroom and sink i have ever seen. Many things broken or loose. Restart was great food and service. Lastly do not get any recommendations from front desk. They have deals with the transportation company and other providers. I.e. airport with their company $65. Every other transport 35. Dune buggy 150, book yoursel 100

Had a great experience staying at this property. The sunset views, pool and hot tub were amazing. Great service by the hotel/restaurant staff. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and l stayed at West East in September 2023. We found the Suites to be ideally located with a short distance to both Fira and Oia. There is fine dining onsite (FlyAway restaurant). Chris and the team are 100% dedicated to making the perfect dining experience. The rooftop poolside restaurant bar has incredible views, exceptional daily breakfast and lunch menus. The food was delicious and service was personalized, friendly and always professional. We enjoyed the views of the Caldera during breakfast/lunch and could return in the evening for drinks and/or fine dining at FlyAway. It was our first time visiting the island so we ventured out most days, but next visit we could envision spending more time just relaxing at the resort. The Suites provides the total package in terms of vacation requirements. On this trip we basically designed our vacation on a daily basis. The concierge arranged all of our daily transportation requirements and it was seamless. The driving services for the most part require cash payments which might be useful to know in advance. From the restaurant pool area there is direct access to walking trails if that is of interest. The location, cleanliness, rooms and privacy were fantastic, but the staff throughout West East Suites is what really stood out. They definitely contributed to our overall vacation experience being a 10/10!! Even the time lapse between checkout and our departure flight the staff were most accommodating. Thanks you once again.
