Went to The Farm for the very first time and I fall in love with them because of their Sound Healing activity with LJ Navera. Even our room has NO Hot shower, and even they did not fixed it at the end of the stay, I appreciate their place because of the sound bath of LJ. He is a true professional artist of his craft and having him there is really one of a kind experience The week after I recommend the farm to my friends who wanted to experience Sound Healing from LJ Navera but he isn't there anymore. I don't know what happened but seems like the farm removed this activity from their lists and it's really heartbreaking Without the sound Bath we just saw this farm as an overrated, overpriced place. If u want a massage get ready to pay minimum of 10K php. And BTW we still have the issue of no HOT Shower on our 2nd visit.

La comida es muy buena, especialmente las bodegas de arroz, pero algunos de sus alimentos son muy baratos para su servicio. Marami na ako natry na pasta pero ang onti y di masyadong malasa pero nuestra estancia global fue buena. Nagenjoy ako kasi pumunta lang kami Batangas para sa Lomi. Haha!!

El hotel es conveniente porque está disponible en casi un lugar agradable en la ciudad. El personal es todo amable y acertado. Las habitaciones son lo suficientemente grandes para quedarse y limpias. La conexión a Internet es coherente. El baño también es enorme y hay ducha caliente. Nunca se arrepienta de permanecer y la mejor cosa es las tarifas más bajas de las habitaciones y el tiempo de check-in flexible. Puedes check-in y check-out cualquier momento que te guste sin cargos ocultos. SALUD.

We did enjoy our stay. Malinis ang room and the cr. Super love the fact na hindi rinig ang ingay sa labas. ‘yung quietness na achieved namin. A little bit disappointed lang kasi ‘yung tv walang signal for youtube pero it doesn’t make our stay less of amazing. May problem lang kami at first because of bookings pero natulungan naman kami ng staff especially ng customer service ng trip.com. Kudos to you, guys! Ang calm lang ng conversation and ramdam ko na matutulungan talaga ako sa problem ko.

No fue el hotel que esperamos ser y para mí fue una terrible experiencia reservar a mi familia en este alojamiento y tener un evento en el lugar. Hemos estado en otros hoteles / alojamientos de presupuesto antes, pero todo lo que hemos estado siendo completamente organizado y limpio, y desgraciadamente este hotel dice lo contrario. Su sala de funciones puede hospedar a unos 50 a 70 huéspedes cómodamente y tal vez más que este número será demasiado restrictivo dado que tienes la escena, cuentas de alimentos, sonidos y luces, etc para considerar también. Cuando visitamos el salón, tiene un olor distintivo en el que no pudimos identificar, pero fue absolutamente indeseable y sus tapices eran enormemente sucios. El lobby fue casual, pero yo diría que es cómodo, pero una cosa que me ha sorprendido fue que sólo abrieran el aire acondicionado cuando llegamos y también necesitan pedirlo (no estoy seguro de que esta sea la misma práctica en otros hoteles), Nos encantaría que nos quedaran los hoteles en el hotel, pero me sorprendió que no fuera uno de los estándares del hotel. Lamentablemente, las habitaciones estaban muy hueles (amoy kulob), y las toallas estaban sucias, y había numerosas barras de agua y mi madre encontró una bolsa de champú vacía que indicaba que el baño no estaba limpio. Los tubos de baño también eran inhigiénicos y el inyecto estaba tristemente cerrado. Mi madre era muy especial con la limpieza del lugar, ya que ella misma ha trabajado en el departamento de mantenimiento de casas, así que la desagradó cuando vio que las habitaciones y los baños no estaban bien saneados. No fue demasiado fusil o inconsiderado, pero tuvimos dos hijos (1 es un bebé) y los ciudadanos de edad avanzada con nosotros tan buena saneamiento del lugar era realmente vital para nosotros. El personal no estaba en uniforme, por lo que no se puede distinguir con los demás huéspedes, no a menos que estuviera en la zona del escritorio delantero. Sin embargo, tengo que felicitar al personal por su amable y útil, especialmente al caballero que me ayudó a imprimir mis documentos necesarios para el evento. Esta revisión no es para atraer el nombre del hotel, sino para mejorar el servicio y alojamiento (acondicionamientos y instalaciones) y para alertar a la administración para que intente establecer más normas en el hotel para atraer a los huéspedes potenciales y No debería ser complaciente para que puedan dar la mejor hospitalidad que puedan. Espero que puedan trabajar las cosas y empujar más para obtener excelentes resultados y buenas revisiones.

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

My kids enjoyed the play room. The room was clean, however, there was an annoying smell that comes from the bathroom. The housekeeping came and made a thorough cleaning, but the smell keeps coming back. Other than that, all were good. Will still come back in the future.

✅ we went there via commute, the place is accessible and easy to find. ✅ staff are friendly and attentive ✅ hair dryer by request ✅ we tried the other resto, bella ciao, a bit pricey but at least their food was decent. ❎ very small room. feels like im staying at a motel. i requested for a room with balcony. the balcony was very small and has a view of i dont know how to describe it. ❎ the hotel resto, organico gourmet, is meh . we ate there upon checking in, my bbq tasted ok and tender. but on the other order, meat was very hard. there are items on the menu that were not available. the coffee is just sad. oh God why!? ❎ a father and son was stucked at the elevator when there was a power outage. they have a generator but i didnt feel the sense of urgency to help them get out of the elevator asap. i felt sorry for them esp for the toddler as he seemed traumatized by what happened and he kept on crying ❎ pool was small and not heated (considering it's location) but it was ok. until it got very crowded because it is shared with the tenants from the residential area (some rented it out as guests). i hope you do something about it. may be have a different pool exclusive for hotel guests only. shower area was far from the pool, doesn't have any written directions as to where it was. so some just went straight into the pool without showering first. it was also very slippery, so i suggest you put something on the floor to prevent accidents. the area behind the glass of the pool was very dirty . not enough resting area or tables and chairs where we can put our things. ❎ since there was no towel exclusive for pool use, we had to bring our towel from our room. i called front desk to ask for a new towel since the other one was soaked already because we used it to dry ourselves from the pool. they are charging 50pesos for an extra towel. i mean really? overall, it was a bit expensive hotel but the experience didn't match the price. sorry but i will never go back and will not recommend it to anyone.
