Great location and very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything about this hotel is so perfect, the interior, location, breakfast, staff, all 5 star. Right in the middle of the square surrounded by shops and restaurants. 10 min drive to all the beaches.

This accommodation has given us a first class stay, it is a historic house (which has been restored with great taste) located in the town of Santanyí, this town is strategically located to access many of the best beaches on the entire island of Mallorca . In a few minutes you can access the best beaches and coves in the south of Mallorca (S'amarador, Calo des Moro, Mondrago, and Es Llombards, even the Sant Jordi neighborhood is not far away and you can access the famous Es trenc, es carbo). This S' Hotelet de Santanyí is located on the main street of the town, on Wednesdays there is a market that is very worthwhile, and very important there is a free public parking 5 minutes from the accommodation. The town has many types of services, restaurants, shoe stores, bags, food, opticians (I needed a spare of contact lenses and I was able to find them in stock) etc. The house has 5 rooms and the one we got was called Lavanda, much larger than its equivalent for the price of a 4-star hotel. Very spacious, very clean, both the room and the house in general, a decoration that is very elaborate, with an open area with a swimming pool that, although it is not large enough for a quick swim and relaxing in the sun. The room itself has a spacious bathroom, a window that is not very large but sufficient, it does not have a balcony or terrace, but there are other rooms that do have it. The air conditioning works very well and does not make much noise when it is far from the bed. The bed is very comfortable, exaggeratedly relaxing and wide. There are books to read, Written in German Spanish and English. Breakfast is simply a 10, here you don't have to decide between a miriad of items in a buffet, everything on the table makes sense, it is well presented and the food is of high quality, it is a medium-sized dining room but for 5 tables it is perfect, very quiet, you will rarely be surrounded by many people in this house. The communication with the Staff, in this case Cristina with the reception has been good treatment, cordial, close, she helped us with some recommendations to visit restaurants and told us about the existence of a market on Wednesdays. In general we have felt at home, very calm, with few crowds of people in the house, all very intimate, private, relaxed and at the same time well decorated and set. Cleaning and kitchen staff also very polite and helpful. If we ever had to return to Mallorca, we would certainly repeat, if you're looking for the opposite of a crowded and hectic hotel, this is your place.
