Casa Castillo, a ZenStay Hotel

I was hesitant to book with Casa Castillo at first because it’s contactless check in and there is no staff onsite. However, check in was very easy and if you have any issues you can just shoot them a message and they respond in a timely manner. The property is on a residential street. It’s a very cute building. Parking is assigned so it’s easy. Our room was super clean. We loved the high ceilings. Our bed was comfortable. Lots of amenities. Nespresso, microwave, toaster, mini fridge. They provided us with glasses, plates and bowls. Paper towels. Tea kettle. I am sure I am missing a lot of items but you get the picture. The shower head was a rainfall and it felt amazing! I didn’t want to get out of the shower! The property is walking distance from State St. Lots of shops and places to eat. We will definitely be staying here again.

Loved this place! I hope to return again and again. Beds were so comfortable. The place was so clean! Communication with the host company was excellent. Well done!

Wonderful and clean vacation spot! Close to the beach and the city! Would definitely stay again!

We booked two adjacent apartments at Casa Castillo for our multi-generation family to attend a cousin's wedding. It was perfect! Both flats were immaculately clean, well-equipped and super comfortable. The soundproofing and blackout shades in the comfy bedrooms let our newest four-month member get a sound sleep--even when we were hostingover a dozen other family members in the living room/kitchen area! Staff was responsive to every question--even late at night when we goofed up the A/C thermostat settings and needed help to re-set. It was a great stay --I highly recommend Casa Castillo.

Wonderful & relaxing stay in Santa Barbara location. Our room was clean & neat, & the king bed was super comfortable. Charging for our EV was an added bonus! Very easy walking distance from downtown shops & dining. Perfect home base for a weekend change of scene!

Found this place for a spontaneous one night stay on our road trip. It was in a lovely neighborhood, convenient to drive and walk to various places in town. The high ceilings were impressive (and along our road trip we passed through a tunnel that was the same height as this room)! The bed was comfortable and we slept really well, especially as it was quiet and the blackout curtains helped. Appreciated the clear check in and check out instructions, accurate description of the place, and prompt communication with the team. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing rooms, bathroom and courtyard. Close to state street and clean.

Place was very clean and modern with thoughtful amenities. High quality extras like hair dryer and microwave and coffee maker. Very nice private outdoor area to sit and relax. Not too far from State street and the wharf. We walked all around from there. Great value and they were very responsive virtually to any questions. Would recommend and would stay again!

Very comfortable and enjoyable house in the center of Santa Barbara
