Las Haciendas

We spent an amazing 3 nights at Las Haciendas with a group of 15 friends and family. We rented the entire property and it was perfect for our special birthday celebration. Leda and her team made sure our every need was met and more! She arranged a private dinner by Clarita the first night we arrived, as well as all our tours and local taxis during our stay. The pictures and videos of the property do not do it justice - it is beautiful, well constructed and maintained. Would highly recommend!

We spent 6 nights at Las Haciendas and highly recommend it as a place to base yourself in San Ignacio. The room (1 bedroom Villa) was spacious and clean. The kitchen nook perect for our cooking needs. The bathroom extremely spacious with a huge walki-in shower. And the plunge pool made for relaxing afternoons/evenings after hot tours in the area. The location is on the outskirts of San Ignacio but within walking distance of a couple supermarkets and restaurants, as well as, the Mayan archeological site Cahal Pech. We also walked into town for dinner a couple times (30 minutes). Leda, the manager, was absolutely fantastic with prior communications and organizing our tours. Literally the best we’ve ever dealt with. Abi, the on-site maintenance manager was also great responding to a couple small issues we had - gecko in the outside air con unit made contact on the control board and shorted outh the system but he rectified that immediately. One hint regarding the AC…the indoor unit blows toward the bed which we didn’t like so we hung a blanket over the bed canopy structure bars to block the AC from hitting us directly. Also, if you set it on DRY mode at night, the fan speed slows down and we slept great. Highly highly recommend staying at Las Haciendas. Quality-price ratio versus many of the resorts we checked online was why we chose to stay here and it really paid off. Thanks to all the staff!

We loved this place and wished we would have stayed longer. I have been to San Ignacio many times and have stayed in overpriced Jungle Lodges and budget hotels and this will be my go to. We were with another couple and stayed in a 2 bedroom with a private pool. The place is spotless, beautifully decorated, the full kitchen had everything you could and the rooftop pool was just right to sit with a glass of wine and look out at the surrounding hills. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. You do need a car though it's not walkable to restraunts or town.

Had a two bedroom villa with 3 beds. Very clean and nice with small individual pool. Nice space to come back to after excursions. About a 30 min walk from downtown San Ignacio which wouldn't want to do at night based on having to walk on the street. Can get cabs arranged from hotel.

From arrival to departure , we enjoyed our stay at Las Haciendas . The property feels new and is so beautiful . The staff we came across were so welcoming and friendly. And the apt itself was comfortable , clean and beautifully decorated. The soaking pool was cool and refreshing after long days visiting the sites . The full kitchen had everything we needed and they even gifted us a loaf of fresh bread . They have a mini bar and snack station with affordable pricing and convenient if needed. We would definitely stay here again if we return to San Ignacio . Oh and the the young lady the works reception is friendly , accommodating , and quick to respond . Great property and great team .

Truly, a highlight of the trip. This place is immaculate, luxurious, and quite comfortable as well. A bonus is every unit having its own small dipping pool. It is set a bit out of town, which might not be convenient for someone without a car. But if you do have a car, this is the place to be. Up on the hill and off the beaten track, it’s quiet and safe. The manager was extremely communicative and responsive. I loved having the washer and dryer in the unit which is convenient when you’re traveling.

Our villa was amazing, especially the rooftop pool. Leda was very accommodating and great at helping us schedule private tours.

Our condo was clean and well stocked. They provided door codes prior to us arriving, so checking in after office hours was very easy.

The rooms were spotless and very accommodating. Lina is amazing and she is so helpful. She takes care of everything. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. They think of the small details.
