We stayed at The Providence Hotel Boutique for 4 nights with my partner, in a Deluxe Room, and overall had a pleasant stay. The building is beautiful, elegant, and has a very nice swimming pool. Our room was a bit small but well maintained, with a private outdoor table. Water was provided in the room, which was appreciated. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine in the lobby that guests can use for free—a great touch! The hotel offers motorbike and mule rentals. We rented a motorbike for half a day (COP 60,000) and it was new and very well maintained. A full day costs COP 120,000. The staff are nice and always willing to help, but the hotel could definitely improve its operations. During breakfast and dinner we experienced very long waiting times despite being the only guests. To refill our water bottles, we also had to ask the kitchen staff. It would be much more convenient to have a water dispenser or refill station in the lobby. The checkout process was also unnecessarily long. We had to manually go through every single expense because no printed receipt or summary was provided for us to verify. Later, when we returned to collect our luggage before going to the airport, another staff member went through the same process again, despite us having already paid everything through Trip.com. Another point worth mentioning is that during our stay, birthdays and weddings were organized at the property. To be honest, this was not ideal for an adults-only hotel that promotes relaxation and exclusivity. The events brought additional noise and activity that didn’t really fit with the peaceful, exclusive atmosphere we expected. It’s a shame because the property itself is beautiful and has great potential. With more efficient operations and better management of events, the experience could be much more aligned with the exclusive boutique concept the hotel promotes.

Las instalaciones del hotel son espectaculares, en la realidad ganan más que en las fotos. El personal es muy atento, y el trato es espectacular, sobretodo el equipo de seguridad, tanto de la zona de piscina como del hotel en general. La ubicación es muy buena, esta en todo el centro, y es una calle muy segura y con ocio. Todo y que el hotel aún no está acabado, estamos seguros de que será igual de bonito. Repetiremos sin ninguna duda.

Hotel con excelente ubicación. Gran servicio y buen humor del personal. Gran desayuno y excelentes restaurantes del hotel. ¡Vale la pena mencionarlo!

Excelente, ubicación perfecta en San Andrés al lado de restaurantes y las principales atracciones, la habitación está limpia y espaciosa, solo puedo recomendarlo, probablemente el mejor hotel económico aquí.

Me encanta este hotel. Todo estuvo genial como lo esperaba. Espero que puedan terminar todas las instalaciones que faltan. Gracias por su gran servicio. Felicidades a Cindy y Christian

Bueno, Feyajoma no es un hotel. Aparentemente es una persona particular que gestiona habitaciones de hotel disponibles. Solo después de contactar a Feyajoma por WhatsApp un día antes de que comenzara la reserva obtuve más información sobre mi hotel. Me dijeron que me alojaría en el Nairobi Hotel. Solo entonces pude consultar la ubicación, la calidad, etc. Tengo que admitir que no estuvo mal por solo unos 10 € por una noche. Estaba limpio, muy cerca del aeropuerto (¡lo quería así y tuve suerte de encontrar uno a 6 minutos a pie!). El servicio fue amable. No tuve ningún problema al registrarme. El lado negativo es que mi habitación no tenía ventana. Y como el hotel estaba completo, no pude cambiar de habitación. Sin embargo, por una noche y teniendo que irme muy temprano para mi vuelo, acepté. Al final, estuvo bien. Pero tal vez tuve suerte. ¡Quizás en otra ocasión Feyajoma aloje a un huésped en un mal hotel! Al menos los próximos huéspedes lo sabrán ahora. Podrán decidir si se arriesgan.

The service was good by the girls, they were very attentive, however, at the time of cleaning the room, one day, they forgot to do it, and the next one, they just mopped the floor and didn't change the sheets nor the towels. The food was good and the location could be better. They say they have a transport service to guests, but it never worked while we were there.
