"Dirty! We should have left from the first moment and called the health department! Shame on our country! We stayed with my family from 20/07/23 to 25/07/23 by necessity after I had booked it with social tourism vouchers! We had planned to stay (before we went) another three days! I will only refer to our rooms! We didn't expect luxuries! Didn't we mind the small old-fashioned TV that didn't catch any channels or rust on the water heater but the phone in the shower and the short curtain in the bathroom that were yellowed by the passage of time? or /and/ the lera? On the balcony, ropes for hanging clothes and 3 clothes pegs! The small table and the plastic chairs for the balcony were on top of a wardrobe and they also needed cleaning! They changed our towels when the 5 days that were paid for by our cashier were now over and bearing in mind that we would stay another 3 days at our own expense! When we were leaving (and after he asked us for the legal sanction to cancel the reservation) we told him about the above (complaints) he told us that we had to tell each other from the first day to give us other rooms! In other words, he had more clearly, but he gave them selectively? We have been going every year for 15 years on vacations with and without social tourism and we have never encountered anything like this before! I am amazed at the good comments that some have written!"

"Beautiful hotel and cannot praise staff enough. Especially Vince, Christian, chef sorry I forgot your name. Also Donna and the Greek lady who did housekeeping the place is spotless. Clean linen and towels every day. Nothing seems to be a problem wonderful staff I cannot thank them enough for making our holiday so special. The breakfasts are everything and more. The range is wonderful from full English to yogurts, fruits, meats, cheeses, cereals, cakes and that is not all you really couldn’t ask for more. The one negative I would say was the distance away from the town it is 2.2km away and takes about 30-40 mins to walk or a taxi will cost you €8 euros each way which can add quite an expense as the local buses are not good. We have travelled to many Greek island but feel Samos local travel is not great. Timetables don’t run to time and some places ie iron you can get a bus down to but u less you only want to stop for an hour as the bus will drop you there at 2 but the return is 3 so you will actually be there for about 40 mins. If like us the bus did turn up late you would have in actual fact been there for 10 mins before the return bus. So again you would have to use taxis. So that is the negative thing about this hotel the location to Pythagoria is far too far out."

"We found the hotel manager to be extremely helpful and accommodating to our every request! The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious and welcoming. Breakfast was truly inviting: every morning there was something different to complement the usual offerings. The hotel manager was always ready to refill the buffet trays, ensuring we never lacked anything, and the desserts were truly delicious. Parking for our rental car was very convenient, and the directions and suggestions for places to visit that Manos, the hotel manager, offered were very helpful. So, I really give this hotel top marks!"

"Stayed here in July . All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Owner kept himself to himself . Room was adequate but a little overpriced. People saying how peaceful and tranquil it is must have had a different experience to us as the noise from Tsamadou beach bar was horrendous on a couple of occasions and it was constant every day during our two week stay. I do appreciate its not the hotels fault but something really should be done about it. Very close to a busy road. Kokkari was lovely , some excellent restaurants and bars all at very reasonable prices. Would definitely go to Samos again but would stay elsewhere . I know the hotel has a lot of returning customers and some get upset about negative reviews but the comments are not meant to be complaints but observations that could be improved on. One reviewer said a comment about coat hangers being negative , it was an observation and maybe the owner will look at it and say , ok I'll put some more in. Dont take it personally !!"

"We highly recommend a stay in this lovely family run hotel in Kampos. All guests receive a warm and friendly welcome. The rooms benefit from air conditioning and are fresh and very clean. The pool is immaculately maintained and has an inviting poolside bar which is popular with guests, especially for pre- and post- dinner drinks. The breakfast buffet is superb with lots of choice of fresh ingredients and home made products. There is an inviting lunch menu of delicious snacks and salads. On Saturday nights the family organise a fantastic BBQ with succulent, locally-sourced meats and an array of tasty Greek accompaniments. The hotel garden is a delight with many interesting plants and an impressive palm tree by the pool. The position of the hotel could not be better. In 5 minutes you can be on the beach and in either direction you have a wide choice of beach bars, cafes and restaurants. We are returning for our 7th visit next year."

"La pequeña, cuidadosa y realmente atractiva alojamiento está tranquila y a pocos minutos de la playa. En el fondo está la impresionante montaña de Kerkis. A pie se pueden llegar minimercados, tavernas y unos pocos pasillos. Además, el bar Mocambo, que ofrece camas debajo de las rocas durante el día y es muy recomendable. En general, Votsalakia no se supera en absoluto. En la larga playa hay mucho espacio. También son excelentes las posibilidades de enrollar. Quien busca tranquilidad y relajación es correcto aquí! Teníamos un estudio con vistas al mar. El estudio fue generoso y había espacio para vivir y para deshacer sus cosas. El uso del aire acondicionado se calcula extra. Las habitaciones se limpian de lunes a sábados, hay toallas y lavanderías frescas cada 2 días. El baño es pequeño, pero completamente suficiente y, como rara vez hemos visto en las islas griegas, está equipado con una pared de ducha. La necesidad de mejoras sólo se ve en las fugas de la ducha, que fueron en ocasiones negras. La piscina es hermosa y se mantiene ampliamente. Siempre hay camas libres. La piscina ofrece espacios en la sombra y diferentes snacks y bebidas. ¡Recomendamos expresamente el Barbeque que se ofrece una vez a la semana! El dueño del alojamiento es un señor muy amable, muy atento, que es muy atento y siempre apropiado para el bienestar de sus huéspedes. Todo contacto con él era caracterizado por valor y hospitalidad. Recomendamos al hotel y nos agradecemos por el bienestar que nos esperaba allí."

"Hoteles en El País: Este hotel es un hotel muy agradable. La playa está en la carretera que es muy ocupada y tenemos una habitación en la playa. No vale la pena el dinero extra debido al ruido. Las habitaciones que se enfrentan a la piscina eran hermosas. La gente no se ha visto muy bien, pero la comida "caliente" no se ha visto a menos que se haya puesto de manifiesto. Así que para nosotros, estabamos justo en el hotel. Nice restaurante directamente por la carretera y bonitos cafés y restaurantes en el puerto. Caminado a la playa de Potami para ver las cascas, pero tienes que nadar alrededor para verlas así no pudo hacerlo. No la mejor ubicación a menos que alquile un coche."

"We paid and booked these studios after reading good reviews about,however on arrival we were housed in the ajoining jasmine apartments,definitely a down grade ,tatty room dreadful so called “ kitchen eauipment ,the view from our “patio “ was of the smaller pool which was surrounded by broken and dumped furniture ,the bar was never open ,our inc breakfast was awful ,placed on the pool bar ( not even a cloth ) ,cold pizza,cold hard boiled eggs ,cold coffee that was reheated every day so was stewed ,only fruit was bananas and apple ( one day no bananas) when we politely complained to owner he shrugged his shoulders and didn’t speak to us the rest of the week ! So much for Greek hospitality,we’ve stayed in many Greek b&b s and this was the worst breakfast ,the only good thing to say every where was clean ,such a disappointment,Samos great ,this accommodation bad"

I spent a very nice weekend there, the hotel was amazing but the second day we had some issues with the noise in the next room and the stuff took care of that immediately and offered to change us room even without us compaining about it.
