Excelente servicio. También es grande y incluye una zona infantil con juguetes, un piano, una zona de libros y la sala de cenas. Ella también es un jardín. La habitación es grande y confortable. Es bien situado y tiene una gran vista. Usamos el estacionamiento y fue bueno. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente. Justo fuera de la estación de tren. Las habitaciones están limpias y tiene hervidor eléctrico en la habitación. Esto es especialmente útil para preparar una taza de té caliente después de regresar de un largo y cansado día de turismo. El personal del hotel también es amable. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en este hotel.

Cocoon Salzburg - 10-13 July 2022 done both not all pix only the room This hotel is almost right across from the train station, on a corner, very easy to find - white 7 story building with a big butterfly outline on the glass doors. Inside the lobby is part of the bar and breakfast room. Checkin is super friendly. Room is small but wins the cuteness prize. Carpeting and walls in hallway all green with small leafy patterns like in a jungle. Bed is firm and very comfy, bedding is an interesting weave feeling like soft cotton paper, and 4 big fluffy pillows. No amenities in room such as phone, electric kettle or coffee makers, or even a small fridge. Has safe however. The hanging rattan chair is cute but takes up some room. Day couch by the window, no tables, night stands or desk - or chair for that matter (no room anyway). The most minimal amount of furniture, the idea I guess is all about lounging around so you don't ever need to sit up anywhere. Not much surface to layout stuff just a sort of narrow shelving on the wall next to the TV. Bathroom also tiny but everything is new and modern and the rain shower is the best ever. Takes a bit of maneuvering to get our two large suitcases settled. We are on the 6th floor so have a bit of view of mountains over the top of a building across the street. Windows have electrically controlled shutters outside (push button inside). You get a nice bar of chocolate and 5 euros for opting out housekeeping (although they said something about not continuing this practice). Floor uncarpeted. Aircon good. Wifi seems pretty fast. Nightlight under the bed is motion sensitive, so it comes on whenever you are moving around the room. Breakfast is good with scrambled and pre shaped fried eggs, sausage and bacon-like ham. Good selection of pastries and croissants and breads. Half dozen different kinds of tea all loose so need to scoop into a teabag in order to steep which is interesting and pretty fancy. Selection of cold meats as well and cheese. Tomato, cucumber and fruit. They don't check to see if you have breakfast included which is strange because it's extra charge for breakfast so not automatically included in all rooms. Overall a pretty good breakfast and food gets replenished pretty quickly. Seating tends to run out at peak time and people will ask to share your table if there is room.

The hotel was very interesting from and architectural design perspective. I loved the floor to ceiling windows and the view was amazing. What we didn't appreciate after along day of travel was the sauna-like temperature and the impotent air-conditioning. They moved us to a slightly cooler room (with a Northern exposure), but it wasn't much better. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that removing our key card from the slot by the door would turn off the air-conditioning, nor was this insight offered up by the staff despite our complaint. I can only imagine how hellish this place would be in the middle of Summer. Be warned, leaving your key card in the master switch is your only chance of coming back to a cool-ish room. The charge towards carbon neutrality is admirable, but at what cost? Roasting your guests should not be an permitted!

La ubicación del hotel está muy lejos, pero siempre puede caminar hacia el río en 15 minutos. No me gustaba la decoración de la habitación. Era demasiado oscuro. La habitación era pequeña. El baño tenía sólo un tipo de gel. El hotel es bueno para un solo día de estancia.

Perfetto come posizione se si è in viaggio in auto direzione Rep. Ceca (Praga ecc...) Accogliente, pulito e con personale disponibile e cordiale. Ottima colazione alla mattina. Parcheggio disponibile vicinissimo

We stayed for 4 nights in late April/early May. Our honest opinion is there is much to be very happy with ....but, there are a few things which prevented our stay from being excellent. The location is perfect if you want to explore Salzburg and the surrounding area. Parking is easily available and we also made use of the local bus service to get into Salzburg, using the app and buying a 24 hour card. The bus stop is a short walk away. The hotel has been designed to an exceptionally high modern standard. The finish, the furnishings, the decoration, the cleanliness - it's all very good indeed. There are other special touches, including access to hot drinks throughout the day from a good coffee machine. This was appreciated. Our room was a small double, finished to an excellent standard. Clean, with large walk in shower. We felt one of our mattresses (two single beds pushed together to make a double) was very uncomfortable, to the point of back ache and not a great night's sleep. We swapped sides part way through our stay to minimise the problem - One mattress was comfortable. One was awful. We were surprised to be woken up by housekeeping entering our room, shortly after 8am one morning. That's a bit early to be wanting to service bedrooms. Almost all of the staff we interacted with were friendly although we can't say everyone was, especially when they were busy. The breakfast staff were less friendly. Breakfast was a mixed, inconsistent experience. On the best days there was lots of choice and good quality items. On a couple of days, some items weren't replaced or topped up quickly enough - eg) croissants, eggs. One morning, we waited for a table for almost 25 minutes, with no acknowledgement from the staff and no queue. Other guests even jumped ahead of us to grab a table. That wasn't good, at all. The next couple of days we chose to have breakfast much earlier, which solved that problem. On check in, we were given a map of local restaurants, all a short drive away. We did go to a local pizzeria, which was acceptable. It's such a shame that there are no restaurant or bar facilities at the hotel, which would have made all of the difference for us. We would have really liked to enjoy an evening meal or even just drinks, at the hotel, after a busy day sightseeing. Our feedback is given with sincerity and is not a complaint. The hotel is beautiful and we would return. There are just some tweaks which would have made our experience better.

El jefe de la casa se llama Maximilian y se ha convertido en el lema de la casa con la satisfacción de los huéspedes, con la máxima fiesta para el gaume. Estupendomente versátil la cocina que incluso vegetarianos como nosotros podían entusiasmar. Muy amablemente organizado, la máxima disposición a responder a los deseos individuales. La pensión de jubilación puede consumirse a partir de las 16:00. Eso es excelente! Sobre todo para los huéspedes que también quieren beneficiarse de la oferta cultural de la ciudad de Salzburgo, cercana a la fiesta. Fuimos a la casa de Mozart a 50er-Geburtstagskonzert de Rolando Villazon después de haber aprovechado la fantástica oferta de largo plazo de Faistenau. En verano queremos volver, porque Maximilian Obermayr no sólo ofrece una estación de servicio eléctrico, sino también excursiones fantásticos para el canyoning. Un placer que deberías ver.
